Aidan “Ellaz” Holmes from Melbourne, Australia
Aidan Holmes, also known as Aidan Ellaz, was the lead vocalist of the metalcore band Alpha Wolf from 2016 to 2018, when he left the band due to allegations of sexual misconduct.
Aidan and his male friend shared a bed with some woman, perhaps after a drunken party. So that woman accused him of touching her under the blanket, and his friend testified against him.
The incident led to Holmes departing Alpha Wolf and, in 2019, Holmes launched a new band called Dealer. However, in 2020, every band member except Holmes quit the band at approximately the same time due to allegations of past misconduct.
The past came back to haunt him again in 2024. It was then that Aidan had the great idea of going to Ukraine to “volunteer” and wait until things were sorted out.
Apparently, it didn't work, as he returned to Australia and his 2025 tour was also canceled.
If he had stayed and died in Ukraine, he would have been called a hero by the Australian media.
