The remarkable thing about this video(after the two-minute intro) is that it is from 2014 and was produced in context to the ebola outbreak back then. Was ebola a test run for what is happening now with the Corona-virus?
The only thing I would add here is that the rulers don't actually even need a bioweapon, the can lie one into existence with their media control.
