Most of us never imagined it could happen in this country. Yet today it did: A major American newspaper published a story - an entirely accurate story - about a major presidential candidate. The tech monopolies that control American media feared this story might hurt the candidate, whom they favor.

So, three weeks before a national election, they shut it down. They prevented the public from reading legitimate news. They didn’t apologize for doing this. They didn’t bother to make up reasonable sounding justifications.

They just did it, exactly how the Chinese government does.
