Hey everyone, they aren’t giving my granddaddy long. He’s in the nursing home now.
Pretty feeble, and just not himself.
I’ve never lost a family member, and my Granddaddy practically raised me.
I’m not handling this well, I’m having constant anxiety, and sadness, come over me in waves.

I know this is normal, but just knowing he’s in a nursing home by himself, with nurses, and not home with my grandmama makes me almost ill.

Any advice?
Should I see a grief therapist?
Can’t stop reminiscing.
