The STG continued to advance south of Kobani despite the ceasefire. Over the past 36 hours, militants took control of a series of YPG positions along the M-4 highway between Qalat Hadid and Hemdun. In addition, the SNA and STG launched an assault on Kharab Hisaq. Although the YPG repelled the attack from the road in the south, the militants advanced and took the Lafarge cement factory.

In Hasakah, fighting took place in the Al-Jawadiyah district after the STG launched an assault on the towns of Safa and Çil Axa. Although the YPG managed to repel the attack in the former, fighting continues on the outskirts of the latter, which is important for weakening supplies to Qamishli.
On the other hand, recent Kurdish bombings helped clarify the situation south of Tall Tamr, showing that the STG controls some towns north of Abdulaziz Mountain as far as Aliyah.

Situation on northeastern front: In the Dvorichna district, Russian army managed to take a series of positions south of Dvorichanske and east of Kolodyazne. Meanwhile, east of Kupiansk, Russian forces took control of half of Pishchane and expanded their control along the railway to the outskirts of Kurylivka and along the road to Petropavlivka. There, Russian troops resumed their advance in the northern part of the locality until they entrenched themselves in the warehouses in the center.
