Не будемо прибіднятися, це один з найбільших зборів, які ми проводили. І впевненості, що таку суму ми можемо зібрати, зовсім не було. Але крок за кроком, донат за донатом, з допомогою дружніх ініціатив, великих медіаплатформ та, звісно, завдяки вам — небайдужим людям — ми закрили запит на закупку БПЛА «Орлик».

Це не простий БПЛА. Його конструюванням займається український виробник, і завдяки характеристикам цього літака він майже непомітно може вести розвідку глибоко у тилу ворога.

Це неймовірна допомога, яка матиме вагомий ефект на Куп’янському напрямку, де нині працює «Ластівка» та її команда — антиавторитарні бійці, які з перших днів добровольцями пішли проводити розвідку з підручними мавіками-1. Сьогодні техніка, з якою працюють наші побратими та посестри, коштує мільйони, а збитки, які вони наносять ворогу, вимірюються cотнями мільйонів євро.

Ваш вклад у цю працю неможливо переоцінити, адже більшість техніки, з якою працюють наші побратими, була зібрана завдяки солідарності та допомозі товаришів і товаришок з усього світу.

🇬🇧 We raised 1,150,000 UAH in four months!

We won’t pretend to be modest, it’s one of the biggest fundraisers we’ve ever done. And we weren’t at all sure that we’d be able to raise such a sum. But step by step, donation by donation, with the help of friendly initiatives, large media platforms and, of course, thanks to you, people who care, we fulfilled a request to purchase an Orlyk UAV.

It’s not just any UAV. It’s constructed by a Ukrainian manufacturer, and thanks to this plane’s specifications it can conduct reconnaissance deep in the enemy’s rear practically unnoticed.

This is incredible help which will have a significant impact in the Kupyansk direction, where Swallow and her team are currently working — anti-authoritarian fighters who volunteered in the first days of the war and went to do recon with Mavic 1s, the first drones they could get their hands on. Today the equipment which our brothers and sisters are working with costs millions, and the damage they deal to the enemy reaches hundreds of millions of euros.

Your contribution to this work is impossible to overestimate, because the majority of the equipment they are working with was collected thanks to the solidarity and help from comrades all over the world.

Тьєррі Боде, лідер нідерландської правої партії «Форум за демократію» (FvD), євроскептик та противник міграції. Він також відомий своїми конспірологічними заявами, висловлюваннями на підтримку Путіна та критикою розслідування про збиття малайзійського боїнга. В цей вечір Боде мав читати лекцію у Генті, проти чого виступали місцеві проукраїнські активісти.

Під час нападу та затримання анархіст скандував “Ні фашизму, ні путінізму”.

🇬🇧 An Ukrainian anarchist who is currently residing in Belgium ambushed a far-right pro-Russian politician, striking him with an umbrella.

Thierry Baudet, leader of the Dutch far-right party Forum for Democracy (FvD) is an anti-immigration Eurosceptic. He is infamous for his conspiracy-like statements, support for Putin, and critique of an investigation into the crash of a Malaysian Boeing. On that evening, Baudet was scheduled to give a lecture in Ghent, an event that sparked protests among local pro-Ukrainian activists.

During the ambush and while being detained, the activist chanted “No to fascism, no to Putinism.”

Urgent fundraising for car repairs

We are announcing a fundraising for an anarchist drone squad from the International Legion.

Comrades have been fighting Putin's fascism since the beginning of the full-scaled war in Ukraine.

Today the guys are detecting and destroying enemies in the hot Kupyansk sector.

To work non-stop and to be able to do so with the least possible danger, they need serviceable vehicles.

🇺🇦 Хартман — колишній активіст незалежної студентської профспілки Пряма Дія, через яку свого часу пройшло чимало антиавторитарних активістів і активісток. Багато з них сьогодні воюють на фронті або займаються волонтерством. Хартман, на відміну від більшості бійців, яких ми підтримуємо, був одним із перших добровольців, які пішли воювати у 2014-2015 році, під час вторгнення росіян у Донецьку та Луганську області, та окупації Криму. Хартман побував у полоні, а після повернення став одним із інструкторів в організації, яка проводила військові вишколи та заняття з тактики та медицини. Через ці вишколи пройшла частина лівих активістів, які нині боронять Україну.

Сьогодні Хартман працює на Херсонському напрямку, із актуальних запитів від нього ми завжди чуємо “Нам потрібні мавіки”.

Що саме треба: купуємо мавік у базовій комплектації, бо всі доповнення вже є. Тому дешевше.

Hartman is a former activist of the independent student trade union Priama Diya (Direct Action), home to many anti-authoritarian activists. Many are now fighting on the frontline or volunteering. But unlike most of the soldiers we support, Hartman was one of the first volunteers to go to war in 2015, during the Russian invasion of Donetsk and Luhansk regions and the occupation of Crimea. Hartman was taken hostage, and after returning, he became one of the instructors in an organization that provided military training and tactical and medical courses. Some of the left-wing activists who are now defending Ukraine have gone through these training sessions.

Today, Hartman works in the Kherson area, and one of the most frequent requests we hear from him is "We need Mavic drones."

What do they need exactly? We buy a Mavic with the basic configuration, because all the add-ons are already there. It's cheaper this way.

🇬🇧 We handed a Night-vision device to a sniper in the International Legion

We are very grateful to everyone who’s joined the fundraiser and helped to gather the required funds. Thanks to your help and the support of two donors from USA and Canada, who covered almost half of the total amount, we bought an even better NVD than we initially expected we could afford. The model is PVS 14 gen 3+ white phosphor with fasteners and batteries.

🇺🇦 Нещодавно в ефірі комедійного шоу “Двіж” бійці 3 Окремої штурмової бригади, сформованої на основі членів націоналістичної організації “Національний корпус”, дозволили собі у формі жарту видати відверто сексистський наратив про жінок у армії. Після зауваження з боку військовослужбовиці все стало ще гірше. Бійці запропонували поаплодувати “жінкам, дітям і псам” на фронті.

Цей випадок підняв хвилю критики у медіа полі. До цього подібні ситуації переважно не набували розголосу, бо критикувати військових, які ризикують життям, не прийнято. Але навіть суспільний розголос не змусив бійців 3 ОШБР вибачитись. Все списали на жарт. А критиків і критикинь, у кращому випадку, записували до людей без почуття гумору, у гіршому — до ворожих українському суспільству елементів, які сміють щось казати бійцям.

Ця історія свідчить не лише про те як бійці націоналістичних підрозділів бачать місце жінки в суспільстві. На жаль, чимало людей підтримало їх позицію. А сексизм в армії досі залишається великою проблемою, з якою жінкам часто доводиться боротися самостійно.

На сьогодні ми підтримуємо 10 військовослужбовиць: аеророзвідниць та медикинь. Жінок, що пройшли крізь пекло Попасної, Бахмуту. Кожна з них виконує свою роботу прискіпливо та ініціативно, часто їх хоробрість на полі бою викликає неймовірну повагу, а результати їх праці - це знищена техніка противника, врятовані життя українських захисників та захисниць. Почути їх думки та дізнатися мотивацію піти воювати ви можете у нашому пості до 8 березня.

Тому ще раз наголошуємо.

Жінка в армії — це норма.
Сексизм в армії — це огидно.

🇬🇧 Recently, on the comedy show Dvizh, soldiers of the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade, which was formed by members of the nationalist organization National Corps, allowed themselves to joke about women in the army in an openly sexist manner. After a response from a female soldier, things got even worse. The soldiers offered to applaud "women, children and dogs" at the front.

This incident prompted a wave of criticism in the media. Before, such cases were mostly not publicised, because it is rare to criticize the military personnel who risk their lives. But even the publicity did not force the soldiers of the 3rd Brigade to apologize. They wrote their behaviour off as a joke. At best, they labelled their critics as people who do not understand humor, and at worst, as elements hostile to Ukrainian society who dare to say anything about soldiers.

This story shows not only how fighters in nationalist units see women’s place in the society. Unfortunately, many people supported their position. Sexism in the army is still a big problem that women often have to fight on their own.

Today, we support 10 servicewomen: aerial reconnaissance and medical personnel. Women who went through the hell of Popasna and Bakhmut. Each of them performs their work with diligence and assertivity, often their bravery on the battlefield inspires incredible respect, and the results of their work are destroyed enemy equipment and the many saved lives of Ukrainian defenders. So let us assert this one more time:
Having women in the army is normal.
Sexism in the army is disgusting.

🇺🇦 Збір на машину снайперам з Інтернаціонального легіону

Цього разу збираємо на машину для групи снайперів. До війни хлопці були частиною панк-рок тусовки, і як зараз самі жартують: “панк-рок відправив нас в окопи”.

Спеціалізація групи, де працюють наші побратими – снайпінг. Робота проходить як вдень, так і вночі. Ось, що хлопці про неї кажуть:

“До переліку нашої роботи входить спостереження та розвідка, збір інформації, а також наведення та коригування української артилерії. Доводилося брати участь в операціях з прикриття й відбиття штурмів. Щоб краще зрозуміти сутність і небезпеки нашої роботи, радимо ознайомитися з книгою “Американський снайпер”. Книга клас!

Останній рік наша робота проходила в Бахмуті та його околицях, а скоро буде новий цікавий напрямок. Нашій групі необхідне авто, таке, що подужає поїздку зимовими полями Донбасу”.

🇬🇧 Fundraiser for a car for snipers fighting in the International Legion

We are currently raising funds for a car for a group of snipers. Before the war, the guys were part of a punk rock community, and as they joke now: "punk rock sent us to the trenches".

The soldiers' speciality is sniping. They work day and night. Here's what they have to say about it:

"Our work includes surveillance and reconnaissance, gathering information, as well as adjusting Ukrainian artillery and targetting. We had to take part in operations to cover and repel assaults. To better understand the nature and dangers our work involves, we recommend reading the book American Sniper. It is a great book!

For the past year, our work has been carried out in Bakhmut and its surroundings, and soon we will be relocated to a new interesting area. Our group needs a car, something that can handle a trip through the winter fields of Donbas."

Let's help these guys save up for a car! It will help them to move efficiently in the conditions of wet fields. The vehicle will also help their unit with logistics and the evacuation of the wounded from hard-to-reach places.
