🇺🇦 У серпні відбулася ще одна важлива поїздка. Разом із нашими партнерами з Каталонії ми вирушили у подорож, щоб допомогти профспілкам у чотирьох різних регіонах України.

Це вже четвертий раз, коли активісти й активістки Luitta Internacionalista та UIT-CI приїжджають в Україну, щоб підтримати робітників у прифронтових регіонах. Як тих, хто продовжує працювати на підприємствах, так і мобілізованих до лав ЗСУ. А цього разу до них долучився активіст іспанської профспілки CGT.

Першою зупинкою став Миколаїв, де ми зустрілися з профспілкою освітян. Через війну десятки шкіл і дитячих садочків у Миколаївській області були знищені. Частина вчителів пережили окупацію. Але і на цьому жахи не закінчилися. Після знищення Каховської ГЕС піднялася вода у річці Інгулець і затопила чимало сіл і містечок. Тож і без того бідні освітяни на цій території часто втрачали останнє.

Освітянам Миколаївщини ми передали набори постільної білизни, теплі ковдри та подушки. «Це більше, ніж те, що у мене залишилося», — жалілася одна з учительок.

Наступною зупинкою став Кривий Ріг. Тут ми відвідали активістів профспілки металургів на «Арселор Міттал» і передали їм 20 турнікетів та 5 тактичних рюкзаків для мобілізованих працівників підприємства.

Далі — Запоріжжя. 69 продуктових наборів було закуплено для членів незалежної профспілки залізничників. Однієї з найбільш бойових серед усіх, з ким нам доводилося зустрічатися. І нарешті, ще 22 турнікети й автомобільний прилад нічного бачення ми передали залізничникам Коростеня. Багато працівників місцевого ремонтного депо так само мобілізовані або пішли на фронт добровольцями і дуже потребують підтримки. На жаль, зарплати у депо нині становлять лише кілька тисяч гривень, що робить цих людей надзвичайно вразливими в умовах важкої економічної ситуації в Україні.

Ми надзвичайно вдячні нашим каталонським товаришам і товаришкам з , Lucha Internacionalista, CGT та всім ініціативам, які зробили цей конвой можливим. Солідарність не знає кордонів!

🇬🇧 We also went on another important trip in August. Together with our partners from Catalunya, we traveled to help trade unions in four different regions.

This was the fourth time when activists from Lucha Internacionalista and the UIT-CI came to Ukraine to support workers —both those who continue working in companies and those who have been mobilized to the AFU. This time, they were also joined by an activist from the Spanish trade union CGT.

Our first stop was Mykolayiv, where we met with a trade union of educators. Due to the war, dozens of schools and kindergartens in the Mykolayiv Region have been destroyed. Some of the teachers have survived occupation. But the horrors did not end there. When the Kakhovka HEPP was destroyed, water in River Inhulets rose and flooded many villages and towns. So the educators, who were already poor, often lost everything they had left.

We delivered bed sheet sets, warm blankets and pillows to the educators of the Mykolayiv Region. “This is more than I have left,” complained one of the teachers.

Our next stop was Kryvyi Rih. Here, we visited the activists of the ArcelorMittal metal workers union and gave them 20 tourniquets and 5 tactical backpacks for the mobilized workers of the factory.

Then we went to Zaporizhia. We brought 69 food packages for members of the independent railway workers union, one of the most militant unions we’ve ever seen. And finally, another 22 tourniquets and a vehicle night vision device was given to the railway workers of Korosten. Many workers from the local train repairs depot have also been mobilized or volunteered to go fight at the frontline, and they really need support. Unfortunately, wages at the depot today are only a few thousand hryvnias per month, which makes these people extremely vulnerable in the conditions of the difficult economic situation in Ukraine.

We are incredibly grateful to our Catalinyan comrades from Lucha Internacionalista, CGT, and all the initiatives that made this convoy possible. Solidarity knows no borders!

🇺🇦 Ще один чудовий приклад міжнародної солідарності!

Анархісти з Британії, Іспанії та інших країн зібрали та передали нам надзвичайно важливу допомогу: 100 турнікетів CAT-7, 100 оклюзійних наліпок, 100 ізраїльських бандажів, аптечки IFAK та комплекти термобілизни. І лише уявіть: все це було зібрано лише за тиждень! Зараз медицина знаходиться у Берліні і вже наступного тижня разом з товаришами з Radical Aid Force прибуде до Києва.

Ми надзвичайно вдячні людям, причетним до закупівлі цієї тактичної медицини. Вона врятує не одне життя! Але також знаємо, що вони вклали багато власних грошей. Тому будемо вдячні, якщо ви допоможете хоч частково компенсувати їхні витрати. Збір за посиланням.

🇬🇧 Another great example of international solidarity!

Anarchists from the UK, Spain and other countries have collected some incredibly important aid—100 CAT-7 tourniquets, 100 Chest seals, 100 Emergency Bandages, IFAK med kits, and thermal underwear sets—and sent them to us. And just imagine: all of this was collected in just one week! Right now the medical supplies are located in Berlin, and it will reach Kyiv already next week with our comrades from Radical Aid Force.

We are incredibly grateful to the people involved in the purchase of these tactical med supplies. They will save many lives! But we also know that they’ve invested a lot of their own money.
