«Той факт, що я тут, вже пов’язаний із тим, що я анархістка і вірю в солідарність між людьми».
Чарлі — медикиня, яка приїхала з Білорусі, щоб підтримати український спротив.
Анархістка, феміністка, веганка, бійчиня, мандрівниця, протестувальниця, людина, що обожнює японську чайну церемонію — жоден із цих ярликів не пояснює повністю, хто вона є, але разом вони дозволяють нам трохи наблизитися до її історії.
Це інтерв’ю — про реальність медикині на війні та про шлях, що почався ще задовго до 2022 року. Від початку повномасштабного вторгнення вона служить у війську: рятує поранених, займається евакуацією, щодня проходить крізь виклики, які важко уявити.

Charlie is a medic who came from Belarus to support the Ukrainian resistance. An anarchist, a feminist, a vegan, a fighter, a traveller, a protester, a person who is crazy about the Japanese tea ceremony — none of these labels can fully translate into who she is, but altogether they let us get a little closer to her story.
This interview is about the reality of being a medic at war and about the story that started long before the year 2022. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, she’s been serving in the army: saves the injured, evacuates people, and goes through challenges daily that are hard to imagine.
In the new video of Solidarity Collectives and Freefilmers, you’ll learn about her story in extremely difficult conditions: the decision to come fight in Ukraine, Lukashenko’s regime, anti-authoritarian values, sexism in the army, losses, victory, and about the people, thanks to whom all that makes sense.

Сьогодні, першого червня, традиційно відзначався Міжнародний день захисту дітей, і кожен раз традиційно було проголошено: захист рівності прав, здоров’я і життя дитини є пріоритетом для світової спільноти.
Втім, починаючи з цього року, в Україні офіційне відзначення перенесено на 20 листопада — у день Всесвітнього дня дитини за версією ООН — згідно з указом президента, що має синхронізувати українську практику зі світовою. ▶️
Та за сухими формулюваннями і красивими деклараціями — реальність, яку важко прикрасити. У цій публікації говоритимемо про біополітику — поняття, яке Фуко ввів, щоби описати, як держава отримує контроль над тілом, життям і смертю. І саме це ми сьогодні спостерігаємо: Росія перетворює українських дітей на інструмент власної репресивної машини — депортуючи, русифікуючи, "усиновлюючи", стираючи ідентичність. Діти стали не просто жертвами — а об’єктами політичного маніпулювання в імперському проєкті.

Today, June 1st, has traditionally been marked as International Children's Day. And each year, the same message echoed: the protection of children's rights, health, and lives is a global priority.
However, starting this year, Ukraine has officially shifted the focus to November 20th — World Children's Day, as recognized by the UN. This change, enacted by presidential decree, is intended to align Ukraine’s observance with international practice.
But behind the polished declarations lies a harsher reality. In this post, we turn to the concept of biopolitics — introduced by Michel Foucault to describe how states exercise control over bodies, life, and death. And that’s exactly what we’re witnessing: Russia is turning Ukrainian children into instruments of its repressive political machinery — through deportations, forced Russification, “adoptions,” and the erasure of identity. These children are not just victims; they are being used as tools in an imperial political project.
