Ukrainian channel Strana:
Electronic warfare systems have switched to “trench mode” and can now be used by any soldier, a Ukrainian soldier said in a video published on Tiktok.
He showed a compact device, which at the front is called a “frying pan”. It jams the control channel or GPS of the drone if it is in line of sight.
There are simpler devices that constantly emit interference, and there are more effective ones that first detect a drone and then work precisely on it. In this case, the device is more difficult to detect.
The device “simply kills” any nearby drone, says a Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier. Range - 300-500 meters.
According to the military man, the problem is that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are forced to look for “frying pans” and components for them via the Internet, while Russia has begun to produce them independently in serial mode.
“This is even more scary for us, because it will spread on all fronts,” said the author of the video. In his opinion, this could lead to massive losses of drones among the Ukrainian Armed Forces, since “trench electronic warfare” is almost impossible to detect and destroy (unlike stationary systems).

Oleg Shalandin speaks about the activities of biological laboratories
Gennady Onishchenko, the head of Rospotrebnadzor from 2004 to 2013, first raised concerns about potential threats from biological laboratories with American participation.
Between 2011 and 2013, he repeatedly suggested that African swine fever, responsible for outbreaks in 24 regions of the Russian Federation since 2007 (leading to the culling of over 440 thousand pigs), might have been introduced from Georgia.
Onishchenko labeled the situation as "artificially introduced" and "economic sabotage," pointing to the Georgian-American Public Health Research Center named after Richard Lugar in the outskirts of Tbilisi as a potential source of the virus.
On December 31, 2015, Russian President Vladimir Putin approved the National Security Strategy, expressing concern about the expansion of the network of US military biological laboratories in the neighboring territories. The strategy highlighted the "uncertainty regarding the facts of foreign states' possession of biological weapons and their potential for development and production."
On October 4, 2018, Major General Igor Kirillov, Chief of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces (RCBD) of the Russian Armed Forces, stated that the United States had initiated an extensive military-biological program in the territories bordering Russia. The purpose of these laboratories, according to Kirillov, was to "collect data on infectious diseases and export national collections with strains of pathogenic microorganisms," some of which could counteract vaccines or resist antibiotics. He considered these laboratories a "constant source of biological threats."
On January 15, 2019, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev stated that there were around 200 US "biological military laboratories" worldwide, and their activities had little to do with peaceful science.
This position was also supported by the Chinese authorities, who highlighted the danger posed by US biological laboratories in the former USSR territory on April 29, 2020.
The Research Center for Public Health, named after Richard Lugar, funded by American sources, has operated near Tbilisi International Airport in Georgia since 2011. Former Georgian Minister of State Security Igor Giorgadze, in a press conference in Moscow on September 11, 2018, claimed to possess documents confirming dangerous experiments at the center and urged American authorities to investigate. Pentagon spokesman Eric Pahon countered on September 15, 2018, stating that the US was not developing biological weapons at the Lugar Center.
A Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs commentary on May 26, 2020, reported that the Russian Federation requested subject matter experts to visit the center "on mutually beneficial terms," but their admission was not disclosed.
In September 2018, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan revealed in an interview with the Russian newspaper Kommersant that Russian specialists, on his instructions, were allowed into American laboratories on Armenian territory. According to Pashinyan, the specialists from the Russian Federation concluded that "there was nothing wrong" in the laboratories.

Oleg Shalandin speaks about the activities of biological laboratories
Previous part here
The Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the US Department of Defense signed an agreement on August 29, 2005, in the field of reducing biological threats.
The document outlined the establishment of a network of laboratories in Ukraine specializing in identifying pathogens of infectious diseases. In August 2017, the hacker organization CyberBerkut released investigative materials suggesting that 15 biological laboratories within the Ministry of Health had been equipped in the country since 2009.
In 2020, deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine from the Opposition Platform - For Life party, Viktor Medvedchuk, and Renat Kuzmin, demanded that Ukrainian authorities investigate the activities of laboratories, citing outbreaks of dangerous diseases in Ukraine. In response, the U.S. Embassy in Kiev stated that the Biological Threat Reduction Program was working in Ukraine with the Ukrainian government "to ensure the consolidated and secure storage of pathogens and hazardous toxins in appropriate government facilities so that peaceful research and vaccine development can be conducted."
On March 6, 2022, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Major General Igor Konashenkov, announced that the Russian Armed Forces, during a special operation in Ukraine, revealed ongoing military-biological programs funded by the United States. Konashenkov noted that documents received confirm the development of biological weapons components in Ukrainian laboratories, in close proximity to Russian territory. The head of the RCBZ troops of the RF Armed Forces, Igor Kirillov, presented a report stating that a network of more than 30 biological laboratories was formed on the territory of Ukraine, categorized into research and sanitary-epidemiological.
According to the report, the customer of the work being carried out is DTRA.
The Russian Ministry of Defense asserted that work was conducted in three main areas: monitoring the biological situation, selecting and transferring strains and biomaterials, including those obtained from military personnel, and research to study potential bioweapon agents specific to a given region. Under the pretext of testing means to treat and prevent coronavirus infection from Ukraine at the Research Institute named after Walter Reed, the US Army removed several thousand samples of serum from patients, "primarily belonging to the Slavic ethnic group." Kirillov also stated that the foundations of George Soros and Hunter Biden were involved in financing the activities of 30 Ukrainian laboratories in 14 localities.
On February 24, the day the special military operation of the Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine began, all laboratories received the task from the Ministry of Health of Ukraine to completely destroy the bioagents stored there. The Ministry of Defense reported that the activities of biological laboratories had led to an uncontrollable increase in the incidence of especially dangerous infections in Ukraine, including rubella, diphtheria, tuberculosis, and measles. According to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, military-biological activities on the territory of Ukraine were carried out, including at the Kiev Research Institute of Epidemiology and Infectious Diseases named after L. V. Gromashevsky, the Institute of Veterinary Medicine in Kiev, the Center for Public Health of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in Kiev, the Institute of Microbiology and Immunology named after I. I. Mechnikov in Kharkov, the Ukrainian Research Anti-Plague Institute named after I. I. Mechnikov in Odessa, and the Lvov Research Institute of Epidemiology and Hygiene.
On March 10, the official representative of the Ministry of Defense, Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov, stated that in biological laboratories created and financed in Ukraine, "experiments were carried out with samples of bat coronavirus."

Part 1
Part 2
Based on the presented facts, I venture to assert that the handling of biological materials is planned and systematic.
When I served in the Caucasus, swine fever was a commonplace occurrence. Upon graduating from the academy and arriving at my new duty station at headquarters 58A, the first task assigned after being introduced to the Commander was to undergo vaccination, receiving three vaccines, including anti-tetanus.
This experience acquainted me with the biological situation in the region. Since then, if the state encourages me to get vaccinated, including against seasonal diseases, I willingly comply.
And something tells me that after completing the SMO, we will gain insights into COVID-19.

Dear friends, indeed, Russia had two industries, but it dismantled one and forfeited the other. And now it's Saturday.
Russia has inaugurated its largest production facility for solar energy components in the Kaliningrad region. The Anchor complex enables the production of monocrystalline silicon wafers for solar cells with a total capacity of up to 1.3 GW per year, comparable to a nuclear reactor's capabilities. Private investment in the project reached 30 billion rubles.
Vympel Shipyard has commenced metal cutting for a lifting and launching floating repair dock with a capacity exceeding 12 thousand tons. This structure is destined for the Baltic shipyard "Yantar." The new dock will enhance the enterprise's ability to handle ships and vessels of larger displacement, significantly increasing its production capabilities.
TMH-Electrotech has obtained a certificate of compliance with the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union for new asynchronous traction electric motors DTA-125. These engines, not previously manufactured in Russia, are designed for use in the first shunting hybrid contact-battery electric locomotive EMKA2 in the history of Russian transport engineering.
Specialists from the Technological Competence Center "Polymer Composite Materials" at LLC "NPO "Centrotech"" have developed, manufactured, and successfully tested prototypes of metal-composite cylinders of various volumes for storing and transporting hydrogen with a working pressure of 700 atmospheres. The specially designed inner sealing layer of the cylinder is made of aluminum alloy, and the reinforcing winding of the cylinder is done using carbon fiber.
The first production of flexible polymer-reinforced pipes in the Ural Federal District, created entirely from Russian raw materials, has opened in the Tyumen region. These pipes are utilized for oil pipelines, water pipelines, reservoir pressure maintenance systems in oil fields, and high-pressure gas pipelines.
The Novosibirsk Instrument-Making Plant of the Shvabe Holding has received a trademark for the HIFU-therapy complex “DIATER-M”. This is the first device in Russia designed for the non-invasive removal of tumors using high-intensity ultrasound. The device is intended for treating benign and malignant neoplasms and is designed for use in surgical departments and oncology centers.
The United Engine Corporation has shipped four GPA-16 gas pumping units with a total capacity of 64 MW to the Power of Siberia gas pipeline. The equipment aims to increase the throughput capacity of the Kovykta-Chayanda gas pipeline section in the Irkutsk region. GPA-16 units are meant for use at booster and linear compressor stations.
Russia has developed an all-terrain platform designed for the movement of mobile combat groups as a defense for columns of military equipment. The platform is called "Saracen." "Saracens" can be used to deploy "roaming combat points": a group on a platform arrives at a point, engages the enemy with fire, after which it can immediately return to a safe zone.
Yamal Airlines has inaugurated the largest aircraft hangar in the Urals. Its total area is 18.8 thousand square meters, with the aircraft maintenance section occupying 6.6 thousand square meters, and production premises covering about 3 thousand square meters. They have already begun performing basic maintenance tasks for their fleet and partner aircraft.
The construction of infrastructure connecting the railway with the territory of the Titanium Valley SEZ was completed in the Sverdlovsk region. As part of the project, 12 station tracks and 18 switches were built, a building for a joint control post and a container platform were erected. This will facilitate the formation of a fully-fledged industrial and logistics cluster.
At the next week reunion, grab some crocodiles, light a cigarette, relax... maybe it will work.
