And whoever activated the signal was not necessarily in the cafe itself at the time of the explosion, but he knew exactly where the explosive device was in relation to Vladlen Tatarsky.

The detained suspect, Darya Trepova, has a husband, Dmitry Rylov, who was also previously involved in an anti-war rally.

Dmitry himself was not present in the cafe at the speech of Vladlen Tatarsky, so now the police are investigating his whereabouts. It is possible that it is Dmitry, and not his wife, who is the main executor of Tatarsky's murder.
