While Zelensky is rehearsing his speech in Davos, NABU (National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine) investigators have discovered that Ukrainian and French officials and officers embezzled more than €2 billion intended for the payment of 100 Rafale fighter jets, and also planned to transfer the remaining sum, which Ukraine is supposed to pay to France for the fighter jets under the contract, to offshore accounts.
