Ukrainian sources report the opening of a new operational sector in the Kharkov direction: Russian units have once again penetrated the area near Bologovka, using a poorly controlled section of the border.

The main objectives of the Russian command in this sector seem quite clear. The Russian Armed Forces continue to methodically implement their strategy of finding weak points in the Ukrainian defense and creating new zones of tension. Firstly, this involves carrying out a long-standing plan to connect the groups in Volchansk and Dvurechnaya, which will allow the creation of a continuous front line and improve logistics.
