Linda Sun has been indicted by the Justice Department for violating and conspiring to violate the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), visa fraud, alien smuggling, and money laundering conspiracy. She is alleged to have acted on behalf of the government of the Peopleโs Republic of China (the โPRCโ) and the Chinese Communist Party (the โCCPโ). Sunโs husband and co-defendant Chris Hu was also charged with money laundering conspiracy, as well as conspiracy to commit bank fraud and misuse of means of identification.

Pinellas on SUNDAY, June 23 = 219k
Miami on WEDNSDAY, June 26 = 180k
If you plot that next to the daily averages for mail in ballots STATEWIDE, those single county, single day requests stand out like a sore thumb.
Pinellas is #7 in population, but they used nearly just as many mail in ballots as Miami did in this last election.

๐จ๐จ๐จRep Stefanik: Today I filed a new judicial ethics complaint with the New York State Commission because new evidence on Kamala Harrisโ most recent FEC filing shows she hired and paid Acting Justice Juan Merchanโs adult daughterโs company. This is a clear violation of the New York State Judicial Code of Conduct which dictates that a judge must recuse from a case where a relative up to and including the sixth degree has a financial interest in the outcome of the case.
