☝️В Брюсселе любят комментировать вопросы, относящиеся к внутренним делам суверенных государств. На сей раз есовцы отметились по поводу предстоящих в сентябре 2023 г. выборов на территории России.
🔷Почему-то Евросоюз считает себя вправе решать за других, кому и как лучше жить. В 2022 г. Брюсселю не было дела до волеизъявления населения ДНР, ЛНР, Запорожской и Херсонской областей. Тогда жители этих регионов, проголосовав на референдумах, дали ясно понять, что хотят быть частью Российской Федерации. Теперь там будут проводиться выборы, как и в любом другом регионе нашей страны. Когда их организовать, мы разберемся без посторонних рекомендаций. У Евросоюза на носу свои выборы.
❗️Ответ, кому адресованы подобные заявления Брюсселя, мы вряд ли услышим. Наверное, сами есовцы видят в этом некий сигнал поддержки Киеву или ищут любой способ, чтобы продемонстрировать В.Зеленскому: нет, никто в Евросоюзе не устал от Украины, Украина - наше всё. Уверены, простые европейцы в курсе происходящего в мире: Крым и город Севастополь по итогам референдума стали субъектами РФ ещё в 2014 г., четыре новых региона вошли в состав России в 2022 г. Советовали бы еврочиновникам обзавестись актуальной политической картой мира. Впрочем, может быть, в есовских кабинетах ещё висят карты, на которых есть Чехословацкая Федеративная Республика?

Неприемлемо высокий риск аварийных ситуаций в американских биолабораториях является одной из причин их вывода из-под национальной юрисдикции и переноса на территорию третьих стран, включая Украину.
Этим объясняется ухудшение эпидемической обстановки в местах их размещения, появление несвойственных для данных регионов заболеваний и их переносчиков.

👉 США при поддержке своих союзников осуществляют широкомасштабные военно-биологические исследования, направленные на поиск эффективных методов применения возбудителей инфекционных болезней.

💬 Sergey Lavrov: A meeting requested by our African friends was held today. President of the South African Republic Cyril Ramaphosa was the one who took the initiative. He was part of the delegation of seven African countries which represented a wider circle of the continent’s countries interested in attempting to render assistance in reaching a just settlement of the situation around Ukraine that developed following a hybrid war against the Russian Federation which the West had been preparing for many years.
The African colleagues, you might have heard this from their opening remarks, are interested in outlining their aspirations towards peace.
The African leaders underline that this initiative does not compete with any other initiatives. First and foremost, they distinguished the famous “12-points” of the position of the People’s Republic of China presented a few months ago and highlighted the parts of the Chinese initiative which are close to them and deal with the avoidance of double standards in the world, respect for all cumulative and intertwined principles of the UN Charter and their implementation and the absence of any unilateral sanctions, or attempts to ensure security at the expense of security of others and its indivisibility on the global scale.
☝️ We share these principal approaches. Special Representative of the Chinese Government on Eurasian Affairs Li Hui visited several countries including the Russian Federation. During his visit to Berlin, he said that China wanted the European countries to turn their attention to the roots of this conflict and concentrate on eradicating the true, fundamental causes of the events and ensuring a just, stable European security architecture.

Some time ago, responding to a criticism of Olaf Scholz cabinet’s policy which had led to a major increase in the cost of living and worsening of the socioeconomic situation in the country, Federal Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock said her voters were impacted, but the government had to do so for the sake of Ukraine. Berlin keeps saying that it is upholding European values in Ukraine.
If Germany believes that returning to Nazism that is now flourishing in Ukraine is a value, then it’s a very sad and dangerous turn of events.

As a result of the destruction of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant due to prolonged shelling by the Ukrainian armed forces, 36 settlements in Kherson Region were flooded.
A large-scale humanitarian operation has been taking place in this Russian region over the last few days. Russian Emergencies Ministry workers rescued almost 2,000 people, among them hundreds of children.
While Russia is making every effort to save the residents of the affected areas and to provide them with essential supplies, Kiev continues to target civilian sites.

❗️For some reason, the European Union believes it has the right to decide what is the best for others. In 2022, Brussels did not care about the will of the people living in the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. Back then, the residents of these regions made it clear by voting in referendums that they wanted to be part of the Russian Federation. And now elections will be held there, just like in any other region of our country. We do not need external recommendations to decide on their dates. The European Union has its own elections right around the corner.
🔹We are not likely to get an answer as to who Brussels is addressing such statements. Probably, the EU regards this as a message of support for Kiev, or yet another opportunity to show Vladimir Zelensky that no one in the EU is tired of Ukraine, and that it is on everyone’s mind. We are sure ordinary Europeans are aware of global developments: Crimea and the city of Sevastopol became constituent entities of the Russian Federation following a referendum back in 2014, and four new regions joined Russia in 2022. We would suggest that European officials get an up-to-date political map of the world. Well, who knows, maybe the EU cabinets still have maps featuring the Czech and Slovak Federative Republic?

The Institute has four branches all over the world, every one of them has a high-containment laboratory and a network of departments, which gather samples and transport strains.
Documents acquired during the special military operation prove the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research connection to the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency and its key contractor – the Metabiota company.
◽️ On Kharkov-based Institute of Experimental and Clinical Veterinary Medicine involvement in American UP-8 and P-444 programs
This involved studying the migration routes of migratory birds and selecting and transmitting strains of avian influenza virus with high epidemic potential and capable of crossing the interspecies barrier abroad.
The consequences of such programmes for epizootic in the territory of the Russian Federation are yet to be evaluated.
In the result of infected birds migration from Ukraine to Russia, avian influenza morbidity rate has increased significantly.
◽️ On incidents at American high-containment laboratories
The unacceptably high risk of accidents in U.S. biolaboratories is one of the reasons for their withdrawal from national jurisdiction and transfer to the territory of third countries, including Ukraine.
This explains the deterioration of the epidemic situation in their locations, the emergence of diseases that are not typical of these regions and their vectors.

👉 The United States, with the support of its allies, are conducting large-scale military-biological research aimed at finding effective methods of using infectious disease agents.
We see this as another argument in favour of an international investigation of U.S. military and biological activities.

Заявления представителя Еврокомиссии расцениваем как вмешательство во внутренние дела России. Сожалеем, что подобной «проактивности» за ним не было замечено в годы нарушения прав русскоязычных граждан на Украине.

Key talking points:
🔹 We can no longer rely on the promises and the agreements signed with the West which were presented as a foundation for developing constructive partnership. <...> The West has “lost” Russia at this point of history.
🔹 The dominant trend today is the awareness of the need to regionalise the development processes. This includes the #SCO and, in a wider sense, the Greater Eurasian Partnership, which President Vladimir Putin mentioned at the #RussiaASEAN Summit a few years ago.
🔹 The Anglo-Saxons and their ilk are bringing pressure to bear across the board, including on our closest #CSTO allies. The Gulf Arab countries are not an exception. I would say that the Western methods are boorish. I cannot think of another word.
🔹 Our relations with the Africans and our other partners are not based on money. What we are trying to do is identify projects that meet the interests of both sides.
🔹 #BRICS will expand, with the countries representing major Arab, or Islamic civilisation in a broader sense, joining it. This will strengthen the multipolar principles that we are discussing now and that are objectively taking shape.

🗓 On June 15, 2023 the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation made a decision on scheduling the elections to the legislative bodies of the Donetsk People's Republic, Luhansk People's Republic, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions.

On June 17, 2023 the official representative of the European Commission on foreign affairs and security policy P.Stano made a statement where he called the above mentioned decisions of CEC of Russia <...> as "another violation of international law".
☝️ We draw Mr. Stano's attention to the fact that it was the many years of violations of international humanitarian law with regard to the Russian-speaking inhabitants of Ukraine <...> that caused the population of a number of regions of the country to exercise their right to self-determination and choose their future within Russia.

The right of the population of the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions to self-determination was realized during the referendums on September 23-27, 2022, recognized both by the Russian side and numerous international observers, including citizens of the European Union.

❗️ As of today, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Lugansk People's Republic, and the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions are subjects of the Russian Federation. Russian legislation is in force in the territories.

We regard the statements by the representative of the European Commission as interference in Russia's internal affairs. We regret that he was not seen to be similarly "proactive" during the years of violations of the rights of Russian-speaking citizens in Ukraine.

22 июня 2023 г. на кладбище брюссельской коммуны Эвер и.о. Постоянного представителя России при ЕС К.М.Логвинов и атташе по вопросам обороны Посольства России в Бельгии И.Н.Колодин возложили цветы к монументу советским гражданам, павшим в борьбе с нацизмом.
☝️Сегодня, как 82 года назад, против нашей Родины развязана самая настоящая «тотальная война». Как и тогда, к ней привели идеология превосходства, вера в исключительность, стремление навязать свой «порядок». Все это, увы, присуще нынешней политэлите Евросоюза и его стран-членов, которым уроки Второй мировой войны, похоже, не пошли на пользу.
❗️22 июня – это повод заявить сегодняшним политическим реваншистам, что Россия не позволит перечеркнуть итоги Второй мировой войны, стереть память о наших дедах и прадедах, кто ценою жизни спас Европу от нацизма. Тем, кто продолжает снабжать Украину смертоносным оружием, считаем необходимым напомнить об их исторической ответственности перед населявшими Советский Союз народами за совершенные в ходе Великой Отечественной войны преступления. Своими действиями европейские политики поставили на кон историческое примирение, которое удалось достичь благодаря нашей доброй воле и мудрости предшествовавшего поколения европейцев. Фактически речь идет об отрицании Западом собственной истории.
❗️Призываем тех, кто встал на путь военной конфронтации с Россией вспомнить, чем она во все времена для них заканчивалась.
