🇷🇺 19 декабря российские дипломаты в Австралии провели в Генеральном консульстве в Сиднее совместное с организацией «От сердца к сердцу» мероприятие, приуроченное к Году защитника Отечества.
🕯️Тематический вечер начался с минуты молчания в память о жертвах теракта на пляже Бондай в Сиднее 14 декабря 2025 г.
Посол России в Австралии М.И.Петраков выразил глубокие соболезнования родным и близким погибших, резко осудил терроризм во всех его формах и проявлениях.
Руководитель организации «От сердца к сердцу» К.Е.Трифонова представила подробный отчет о своей поездке в ноябре 2025 г. в ДНР и ЛНР с шестой по счету с 2015 г. гуманитарной миссией.
📸 В ходе мероприятия состоялось открытие фотовыставки «Летописцы истории – Спираль времени сквозь объективы фотокамер», подготовленной редакцией журнала «Новые регионы России».
Экспозиция объединила архивные фотографии (1941-1945 гг.) легендарного фотохудожника времен Великой Отечественной войны Е.А.Халдея и современные снимки (2022-2025 гг.) фотографа-документалиста С.К.Венявского, сделанные в зоне специальной военной операции.

🎥 В заключение вечера был продемонстрирован документальный фильм «Спартак. Окраина», повествующий о жизни мирного населения в новых регионах России.

▪️ Night of December 15 – Belgorod: shelling damaged a civilian industrial facility.
▪️ Night of December 18 – A fixed-wing UAV attacked a private residential house in Bataysk, Rostov Region. One person was killed, six others were injured.
▪️ December 18 – In Grayvoron, Belgorod Region, an FPV drone struck a parked vehicle in the courtyard of a private residential house.
▪️ December 18 – In Grayvoron, Belgorod Region, an FPV drone attacked a moving civilian passenger car. A civilian was killed.
▪️ December 18 – In Velyki Kopani, Kherson Region, a UAV attacked a service vehicle of Khersonenergo. As a result of munition detonation, one employee was killed and three were injured.
▪️ December 19 – In Yasni Zori, Belgorod Region, a strike UAV attacked a private residential house.
▪️ December 19 – The Ukrainian armed forces carried out an MLRS strike on the sports complex of the Gorlovka College of Industrial Technologies in the DPR.

🌍 The Second Ministerial Conference of the #RussiaAfrica Partnership Forum has successfully concluded in Cairo.
Over two intense days of work, the Russian delegation led by Sergey #Lavrov took part in more than 20 meetings and events. On December 19-20, the Russian Minister held bilateral talks with representatives of the following countries and organizations:

I would like to kindly thank our Egyptian friends for the excellent organization of the event, their traditional hospitality, and to congratulate them on the successful hosting of this Conference.
❗️ We have every reason to state that the conference has laid solid groundwork for high-quality preparations for the Third Russia-Africa Summit, scheduled for 2026. We will make every effort to ensure its successful holding.

Тамара Алексеевна родилась 17 декабря 1925 г. Ушла на фронт в марте 1943 г., проходила обучение в Снайперской школе в Подольске. В 1944 г. была переведена в Школу связи в Клину. В том же году вступила в ряды действующей армии. Демобилизована в Польше 9 мая 1945 г. Награждена медалью «За Победу над Германией в Великой Отечественной войне 1941-1945 гг.».

⚡️ Under Presidential Decree No. 883 of December 12, 2025, the Russian Federation is introducing a new impatriation framework aimed at supporting the relocation to permanent residence of foreign nationals and stateless persons who wish to contribute their skills and expertise in Russia.
👉 The programme is aimed for foreign nationals who:
• have achievements in science, technology, production, sports, creative industries, culture, or education;
• have made a contribution to society, the economy, or Russia’s defence and security;
• possess highly sought-after professions, qualifications, or skills.
👉 Key features of the programme:
• Open to citizens of all countries worldwide;
• Accelerated migration procedures:
– temporary residence permit without quotas or exams;
– direct access to a permanent residence permit.
👉 Support and integration:
• Spouses, parents, children (including adopted or under guardianship) are eligible to relocate together with the impatriate;
• Impatriates and their families receive end-to-end support at both the federal and regional levels, including through the Regional Standard for Impatriate Integration, implemented on a one-stop shop basis in pilot regions.
✅ Applications for impatriate status open on April 15, 2026.
Supervised by Russia's Ministry of Internal Affairs and Agency for Strategic Initiatives, the programme marks Russia’s first immigration initiative focused specifically on attracting global talent, combining legal certainty, streamlined procedures, and comprehensive integration support.
