Sounding the alarm over the dangerous legislation just introduced by Democrats.

The Trans Bill of Rights was just introduced by Pramila Jayapal.

It’s a sense of Congress resolution, meaning it wouldn’t have the force of law but would lead to laws, and it’s the most insane piece of legislation I’ve ever seen. 10 pages of mentally unstable wokeness.

I’m sure the left’s base will love it, mostly messaging that reveals that Trans are the new protected class replacing BLM.

In other words, prepare for Transtifa riots in the future, but I believe these could be worse.

It calls for the protection of trans people’s rights, namely housing, medical care, safety, and economic security rights. And of course that means ultimately, taxpayers have to pay for it.

They want to amend the Civil Rights Act, the Fair Housing Act, and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act to ban discrimination based on gender identity.

That means Trans become a protected class and women’s rights are totally and completely annihilated. Men pretending to be women would not just be equal to women in all areas, they would be preferred and above all women, essentially replacing women.

It also says to improve conditions for trans in jails and asylum facilities, create community services to support trans abuse survivors, and give priority to trans asylum seekers. Key word there, “priority.”

Calls for a ban on conversion therapy, a type of therapy many former gays, trans, and detransitioners have undergone to successfully change their life.

Calls for codification of Roe v. Wade which would make abortion legal in all 50 states, destroy state rights, and ensure the murder of babies all over America.

Calls for prohibiting the withholding of services to trans people on religious grounds, which destroys religious liberty.

Calls for education laws to ensure students have the right to participate in sports that best align with their gender, and use facilities that correspond to their preferred gender, which destroys Title IV and women’s rights.

Also calls for trans in schools to have access to curriculum and books that accurately portray the “substantive history and identity of LGBTQI+ people and Black and indigenous people of color.” Access to those grooming and brain washing books means grooming and brain washing for all children, and parents could not stop it. This would undo the Republican’s recently passed Parent’s Bill of Rights.

Also calls for getting rid of government restrictions on access to gender affirming care for trans adults and youth. This means the great laws Republican states have been passing that protect children from Trans surgeries, puberty blockers, and hormones would be wiped out and kids would not be safe anywhere.

If you are Trans, you already have the same rights as every other American, but now your identity is being used as a weapon to destroy all of our rights, and it is wrong.

This legislation introduced by one of the leaders of the Progressive Caucus is not needed nor is it necessary as I outlined in this tweet here below.

It is designed to create a new protected class of people using an identity in order to push a political movement that is based on absolute evil lies.

There are only two genders, male and female, because there are only two sexes, male and female.

However, I am sounding the alarm on this issue, as I have from the beginning last Congress, when I introduced the first piece of legislation in the country to stop so called “gender affirming care” on minors under the age of 18, my bill, The Protect Children’s Innocence Act.

Gender affirming care on minors is psychological, medical, and surgical child abuse.

Selling gender identity lies to children is grooming and sexualizing children, which is exactly what pedophiles do to children.

This movement is the most radical dangerous thing to ever happen in our history and will lead to horrific outcomes for our entire society.

And the Trans Bill of Rights will lead to riots, just like BLM led to riots, but maybe worse because crazy women forcing their children to be trans and teens and adults on puberty blockers and raging hormone therapies will be marching the streets all to demand they be legally made into a protected class of people whose rights are above all.

Antifa are already involved and supporting because many Antifa terrorists are Trans and/or pedophiles already.

And who can you count on to financially support them and march alongside them?

The educated, affluent, and bored, with their misguided and fake compassion that always supports every destructive political agenda in the world.

They are quite possibly the most stupid people in our society.

Here is my warning.

The Trans Bill of Rights is just like the Green New Deal when it was first introduced.

It seems absurd, ridiculous, and unserious to many.

But it is absolutely serious.

Not only serious, but radically transformative and dangerous to an apocalyptic level.

This type of language regarding Trans rights has been in many of the Democrat’s bills we have voted on going back to 2021.

And if Democrats win in 2024, taking back the House and keeping the Senate and WH, they will pass the Trans Bill of Rights into law and a waterfall of trans rights laws and funding will follow.

Gender lies will become the law of the land and Trans will have more rights than all of us.

Then the left and the Democrat party will normalize pedophilia.

Because grooming and sexualizing children is pedophilia.

And it will be allowed and protected by law.

That’s how important the 2024 election is.

It was an honor to hear from Northwest Georgia’s sheriffs this morning.

One of the many problems sheriffs are facing here in GA and around the country are slap-on-the-wrist penalties for criminals who are not adequately prosecuted by District Attorneys, if at all, leading to drug rings, overdose deaths, and crime, all of which is completely avoidable if the law were properly prosecuted.

I am filled with gratitude for all of the wonderful Sheriffs in my district, their hard work and dedication to each of their communities, and their openness about the tragic reality of the hopeless never ending cycle of drug use and trade.

Each of them expressed the depths of problems they deal with every day and how it all stems from the home.

They said no amount of funding, prisons, mental health services, and drug rehabilitation programs would end the steady flow of human brokenness they deal with on a daily basis.

The family is where the problems can be prevented and solved, not the prison.

God bless these great Sheriffs and their staffs.

Felt great to be back in my element yesterday at the construction site for the new McLemore resort coming to beautiful Northwest Georgia.

When it comes to Ukraine, the Biden Administration has lied to us from the very beginning.

Joe Biden said the US would not get involved in the war in Ukraine because Ukraine is not a NATO member nation.

Yet over a year later, we’ve sent hundreds of billions of dollars, military equipment, and so much ammunition that we have to borrow from foreign countries like South Korea to replenish our stockpile.

We have now found out from a supposed 21-year-old National Guardsman that there are American military troops on the ground in Ukraine.

Is this another Stu Scheller who revealed the truth about the Biden Afghanistan withdrawal?

If this is true, why are they there? What are they doing?

A US troop presence in Ukraine to go to war with Russia was NEVER authorized by Congress.

Now the Biden Administration and DOJ want to arrest a likely low-lever National Guardsman for exposing the TRUTH?? It’s Joe Biden, his Administration, and the Department of Defense that are breaking the law. They are violating the Constitution by inserting us into an armed conflict most Americans don’t want and no American benefits from.

The National Guardsman that released these Pentagon papers is simply blowing the whistle on what is really taking place at the DOD, yet he’s being treated like a traitor and criminal. It’s the Biden Admin and the DOD who are acting like criminals. They’re the ones who should be held accountable to the American people because of what they’re doing in Ukraine.

Our Constitution and the rule of law exist for a reason, and the Constitution is clear: it is Congress that must vote to go to war. But again, the Pentagon has us involved in a war that Congress never voted to approve.
