We’re hiring a Middle / Senior Business Analyst for a fully remote software development company working with international clients from the US and Europe.
✅ Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in outsource IT
• Experience with requirements gathering (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases)
• Understanding of SDLC and basic UX principles
• Tools: Teamwork, Notion, Google Workspace or similar
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Completed BA courses or related training
• Ukrainian or Russian language proficiency (for internal team communication)
➕ Nice to have:
• BPMN / UML, user flows
• Prototyping (Figma, Balsamiq)
• Experience in SaaS / CRM / Ecommerce projects
🛠 What you’ll do:
• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Prepare and maintain project documentation
• Participate in scope & roadmap planning with PM
• Support the team during development
🎁 What we offer:

• Work schedule focused on the second half of the day and evenings due to client time zones

Какой опыт и знания нужны:
-Опыт в тестировании от 5 лет
