🇺🇾 Art. 350 bis. Receptación. El que, después de haberse cometido un delito, sin concierto previo a su ejecución, con
los autores, coautores o cómplices, con provecho para sí o pare un tercero, adquiera, reciba u oculte dinero o
efectos provenientes de un delito, o de cualquier manera interviniere en su adquisición, recepción u ocultamiento,
será castigado con pena de seis meses de prisión a diez años de penitenciaría.
Se consideran agravantes del delito:
A) Que los efectos se reciban para su venta.
B) Que el agente hiciere de esta actividad su vida usual

🇺🇾 El que abusando de las necesidades, de la inexperiencia o de las pasiones de un menor o del estado de enfermedad o deficiencia psíquica de una persona, para procurarse a sí mismo o a otro un provecho, le hiciere ejecutar un acto que importe cualquier efecto jurídico, en su perjuicio, o en perjuicio de un tercero, será castigado no obstante la nulidad del acto, con nueve meses de prisión a cinco años de penitenciaría https://perma.cc/R6QJ-22AM

🇺🇾 Comete estupro el que, mediante promesa de matrimonio, efectuare la
conjunción con una mujer doncella menor de veinte años y mayor de quince.
Comete estupro igualmente, el que, mediante simulación de matrimonio, efectuare dichos actos con mujer doncella mayor de veinte años.
El estupro se castiga con pena que puede oscilar desde seis meses de prisión a tres años de penitenciaría.

🇺🇾 Cometen incesto los que, con escándalo público mantienen relaciones sexuales con los ascendientes legítimos y los padres naturales reconocidos o declarados tales, con los descendientes legítimos y los hijos naturales reconocidos o declarados tales, y con los hermanos legítimos.
Este delito será castigado con seis meses de prisión a cinco años de penitenciaría.
