The current evidence tends to support that chronic cannabis use can predict suicidality.
In all, evidence-based research from meta-analyses have indeed shown that cannabis is associated to violence and therefore measures should be taken to mitigate the risk.
Since meta-analytical evidence has found an association between cannabis use and violence in intimate partners, further data on post-liberalization prevalence for dating and intimate partner violence is warranted.
Our findings also demonstrated that the temporal associations between alcohol, marijuana, and dating violence victimization were moderated by relationship length.
However, the legalisation of cannabis use for recreational purposes may lead to higher levels of use in this age group and a younger age at initiation.
In summary, findings from the current study demonstrated that the odds of dating violence victimization of college women (psychological, physical, and sexual) were increased on drinking days, heavy drinking days, and as the number of drinks increased by the victim.
Given that any marijuana use appears to increase the risk for intimate partner violence, violence-prevention strategies should include early and continued marijuana prevention efforts in existing intimate partner violence treatment and prevention programming
Well-designed case–control studies are needed that strengthen the evidence base for outcomes that may be fatal for cannabis users compared with non-users and to identify other potential causes of premature death that may be elevated in regular cannabis users that will warrant closer study in longitudinal studies.
At present there is insufficient evidence to assess whether the all-cause mortality rate is elevated among cannabis users in the general population.
Mexico has experienced a dramatic increase in the levels of violence related to drug trafficking. Since the Bwar on drugs began in 2006, the number of homicides has risen from approximately 10,000 (in 2006) to more than 50,000 (in 2012).

Drug-related criminal violence escalated in different parts of Mexico in the 1990s and accelerated after President Felipe Caldero ́n declared a War on Drugs in December 2006 (Trejo and Ley 2020)
Even for Latin America, the world’s most violent region, these numbers are staggering, especially for a country not currently at war. Mexico’s overall homicide rate is about 27 per 100,000, one of the highest in the region (Statista 2021).
Since 2006, the national homicide rate has nearly tripled from around 10 per 100,000 to roughly 27 per 100,000. In several states, such as Baja California, Chihuahua, Colima, and Guanajuato, homicide rates have skyrocketed to over 70 per 100,000.
Poverty is believed to associated with homicide because people are desperate and/or frustrated and resort to violence.
In an influential research note, Viridiana Rios (2014, 208) compiled data on the number of Mexicans who unexpectedly left their homes between 2006 and 2010, estimating that “264,692 Mexicans fled their counties fearing either drug-related homicides (approximately 220 thousand) or extortion (approximately 44 thousand).
In 2020, Mexico’s rate of femicide did not increase according to data from the Gender Equality Observatory, yet a shockingly high num- ber of women were victims of the crime, with 948 out of every 100,000 Mexican women dying of femicide. Of countries in Latin America, only Brazil exhibited a higher rate of femicide.
There has been a substantial increase in the prevalence of marijuana use detected in homicide victims across demographic groups in the United States between 2004 and 2016. Since 2013, marijuana has surpassed alcohol to become the most frequently detected substance in homicide victims.

Answer to death penalty for rape: YESNO!
a) No, because there should NOT BE A VIP SUICIDE DEATH PENALTY!!!!!!
https://xn--r1a.website/DeathSentenceNOW/60
https://xn--r1a.website/ShittyDeathSentences/177
this means execution after 20 years (or 30-35 years if sentences are applied with 💩!)
https://xn--r1a.website/DeathSentenceFAQ/134
https://xn--r1a.website/DeathSentenceFAQ/146

except for Dahmer style ...
https://xn--r1a.website/DeathSentenceFAQ/285
https://xn--r1a.website/CannibalTelegram/145
this means, you need to pay 0.75-3 mio to keep them alive ... = even the victim is paying ...
b) related to a) YES, because if they dude got released and he rapes again, YOU PAY FOR DOING NEW RAPES! or other crimes! (= you pay 💩 7 years prison for example, that fixed ANYTHING!)
🇩🇪 laws
https://xn--r1a.website/VergewaltigungFakten
c) YES, if we consider the topic in general. Keeping serious criminals alive for 80 years IS JUST A WASTE OF MONEY that can be used to create new prisons and to help homeless!
Without considering that such criminals cost for the society in different point: prison, court / lawyers, damages to the victims, damages to infrastructures in case of 💥, work loss of families and victims, etc.

etc.
No research has been published on costs economics of suicide in prison. The cost of suicide in prison are likely to be considerably higher than the average cost of a suicide due to the impact of death has on the prison service as well as wider society.
There were 95 prison suicides in the 12 months preceding September 2015. It is estimated that the cost of these suicides is at least £160 million and could reach £300 million = 3 mio for prisoner suicide!!!!
Then we talk about death penalty cost too much 🤦♂️

Let we now talk again about laws in Germany
https://xn--r1a.website/VergewaltigungFakten/224
Das neue Sexualstrafrecht mit der neuen Definition der Vergewaltigung tritt auf den 1. Juli 2024 in Kraft.
