Fighting on the heights west of Seversk is intensifying: the enemy, seeking to prevent Russian forces from consolidating their positions, is launching mechanized counterattacks, including in the Svyato-Pokrovskoe area.

🔻How the situation is developing

▪️There are reports of an advance along the Platonovka-Seversk line, although information from there is conflicting.

▪️Near Svyato-Pokrovskoe, Ukrainian forces launched a counterattack, taking advantage of bad weather. An infantry fighting vehicle carrying troops managed to slip through to the eastern outskirts of Svyato-Pokrovskoe from the fields west of Zvanovka, but was burned by drones. The troops managed to disperse into adjacent buildings but were later destroyed.

▪️The fighting for Reznikovka continues, with Russian units already reaching the eastern outskirts of the town.

▪️Conflicting reports are coming from the southern flank. Although Petrovskoye (Pazeno) and Vasyukovka have already been declared liberated, no objective surveillance footage has emerged from there.

📌 Curiously, the Armed Forces of Ukraine intensified their counterattacks after the Ukrainian General Staff acknowledged the loss of Seversk, accelerated preparations for a new line of defense, and changed the command of the troop group.

And if the enemy command combats the false reports, which partly led to such a rapid, by today's standards, loss of control over Seversk, the path to Slovyansk could become significantly more difficult. Especially since the city is significant in every respect.

"Counterattacks near Huliaipole

Ukrainian forces are also increasing their activity in the eastern Zaporizhzhia area, where the Armed Forces of Ukraine recently lost Huliaipole [Gulyaypole] completely. The 1,406th day of the large-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine has begun.

Ukrainian defenders are steadily repelling the occupiers' offensive, inflicting significant losses on the enemy.

Over the past day, 151 combat clashes were recorded.

Yesterday, the enemy carried out 47 airstrikes, dropping 129 guided aerial bombs. In addition, they conducted 3,651 shellings, including 62 from multiple rocket launcher systems, and deployed 5,287 suicide drones.

Airstrikes hit the areas of the populated settlements of Bezdrick in the Sumy region; Pokrovskoe in the Dnipropetrovsk region; Sloviansk and Mykolaivka in the Donetsk region; Barvinovka, Novoe Pole, Sviatopetrivka, Zaliznytsia in the Zaporizhia region.

Yesterday, the missile and artillery forces of the Defense Forces hit an area of personnel, weapons, and military equipment concentration of the enemy.

On the North-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, two combat clashes took place yesterday, and the enemy also carried out 83 shellings of our troops' positions and populated settlements.

On the Gulyaypole direction, the Defense Forces repelled 25 enemy attacks in the areas of the populated settlements of Slodke, Gulyaypole, and Bilohiria.

On the Orichiv direction, two combat clashes took place - the enemy tried to advance near Stepovoe and Shcherbakiv.

On the Dnieper direction, the occupiers attempted to advance twice and were repulsed.

On the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of the formation of offensive groups of the enemy were detected.

Our soldiers are inflicting significant losses on the occupying forces in terms of personnel and equipment, actively undermining the enemy's offensive potential in the rear.
The losses of the Russian invaders over the past day amounted to 1,220 people.

Also, Ukrainian soldiers disabled five tanks, four armored combat vehicles, 19 artillery systems, a multiple rocket launcher system, 400 operational-tactical level unmanned aerial vehicles, and one vehicle and special equipment of the occupiers."
