Yesterday, the missile and artillery forces of the Defense Forces hit a personnel and equipment concentration area, a command post, and a ground control station of the Russian invaders.

On the North-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, six combat clashes took place yesterday. The enemy carried out 145 shellings, including nine from multiple rocket launchers.

On the South-Slobozhansky direction, five combat clashes took place - the enemy attempted to advance in the area of the populated area of Prylipka and towards Izbytske and Okhrimivka.

When we wrote about the liberation of Kupyansk, we were cautiously skeptical about some statements about the situation in this direction — because we anticipated exactly the current scenario implemented by the enemy.

Taking advantage of not entirely truthful statements, the enemy first knocked out one of the defense strongholds, and then the president of the so-called Ukraine Zelensky personally "came to" Kupyansk, driving past the "liberated" Soblevka.

Yesterday, the enemy launched two missile strikes and 37 airstrikes against Ukrainian positions and populated areas, using 31 missiles and dropping 90 guided bombs. In addition, 5,180 suicide drones were deployed and 3,176 attacks were carried out on our troops' positions and populated areas, including 32 from multiple launch rocket systems.

The aggressor carried out airstrikes, including on the area of the populated area of Rizhivka in the Sumy region.

"Clearing of Varvarivka: situation on the East-Zaporizhia direction

After a short break, the "Far East Express" continues its offensive to the west. A while ago, the assault troops pushed back the enemy from Varvarivka on the left bank of the Gaychur.

The Ukrainian formations tried for a long time to prevent the loss of control over the village and transferred units of the 225th Assault Regiment to the area, which in recent months has been acting as a "fire brigade" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

However, they failed to stabilize the situation: Russian drone operators isolated the enemy infantry from supplies, after which its remnants were finished off by the assault troops of the "Vostok" Motor Rifle Division. Also, several strongholds south of the river came under the control of the Russian Armed Forces.

📌 Now the assault troops are attacking in the direction of the neighboring Yelenokonstantinovka to create a foothold on the right bank of the Gaychur. This will allow them to break into the defense line of the Armed Forces of Ukraine built along the river and continue the offensive further west, bypassing the Gulyaipole fortified area.

❗️In Gulyaipole itself, the enemy has already managed to transfer reinforcements and form a new defense line along the river, slowing down the advance of the Russian Armed Forces. A breakthrough to the north of the city would again force the Armed Forces of Ukraine to disperse their few combat-ready reserves along the front line.
