Yesterday, the enemy carried out two missile and 67 air strikes, launched six missiles and dropped 182 guided aerial bombs. In addition, they conducted 4,180 shellings, including 85 from multiple rocket launchers, and deployed 6,568 kamikaze drones.

Aviation strikes hit, among others, the populated areas of Yuriyev in the Sumy region; Podoli in the Kharkiv region; and Orikhiv in the Zaporizhia region.

Over the past day, the Defense Forces carried out strikes on five enemy concentration areas of personnel, weapons, and military equipment.

On the North-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, the enemy carried out six air strikes, dropping a total of 17 guided aerial bombs, and conducted 168 shellings, including three from multiple rocket launchers.

On the South-Slobozhansky direction, our troops repelled four enemy attacks in the area of Volchansk.

On the Kupyansk direction, there were two attacks by the invaders yesterday. Our defenders repelled the enemy's assault attempts towards Pishchany.

The key point of our efforts is not hardware, but people. Mobilization, recruitment, new contracts — and then quality training. We cannot stand still in personnel training, but must develop and move forward. I emphasized this during the monthly meeting on improving the quality of training.

The duration of the Basic Military Training Program (BMTP) has already been increased to 51 days. In addition, there is professional training and an adaptation period in the units. The challenge is to improve this process, enhance the level of instructors and equipment in training centers, so as to produce truly combat-ready soldiers at the end of the process.

During the meeting, I heard reports on the improvement of training quality over the reporting period, the development of the BMTP in combat brigades, the enhancement of soldiers' safety in training centers, and the selection of instructors for the assault unit training center, as well as the initial adaptation of newcomers in the training centers.

I particularly noted the importance of implementing a comprehensive program for the adaptation of soldiers at the beginning of the BMTP, as a significant part of accidents and injuries occur during this period. Representatives of the units shared their experience in this area.

Based on the audit results, we have received feedback from all training centers on each of the ten BMTP subjects. We clearly see the leaders that others should strive to emulate.

While all attention is focused on the battle for Gulyaypole, the "Vostok" group of troops continued the liberation of the south of the Dnepropetrovsk region.

Units of the 36th Guards Motor Rifle Division established control over Ostapovskoe, from where the enemy had previously counterattacked to Danilovka and Nechaevka. Having exhausted their forces in the counterattacks, the AFU was unable to hold Ostapovskoe. Thus, the Russian units expanded their foothold in the area north of Yanchur.

➡️Moreover, further advance along the R-85 route to the north is becoming even more likely - especially since the enemy is actively thinning out his own defensive positions. And now, "Vostok" has the option of a new battle in the inter-river area - now Yanchur and Volchya.

➡️At the same time, the southern flank remains a place of heavy battles - the TOs of the 35th Army of "Vostok" are burning the enemy in the center of Gulyaypole. Interestingly, some time ago, rumors appeared on the Internet about the alleged loss of control over the city center by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, although it is still being processed by artillery.

The situation for the Armed Forces of Ukraine is worsening daily. Constant strikes by the Russian Aerospace Forces and the blocking of ground supply routes are forcing the Armed Forces of Ukraine to lose house after house. In Mirnograd, the Russian Armed Forces have occupied another part of the city, and the enemy retains a presence only in the northwestern outskirts and in the area of Svetloe. There is no full control anymore: small groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are moving through the remaining "grey" part of the city and trying to break out of the "kettle".

➡️There's no talk of organized resistance - the buildings where the enemy is trying to organize defense are being demolished by airstrikes. The relatively high density of the civilian population is adding to the difficulties, as there are many local residents in the city who have been waiting for liberation.
