"Anti-corruption authorities of Ukraine conducted a search at the head of President Zelensky's Office

"NABU and SAP are carrying out investigative actions (searches) at the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine," reported the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine. Andriy Yermak, whose apartment was searched in the government quarter of Kyiv, is considered the right hand of President Volodymyr Zelensky and one of the most influential people in the country. According to NABU and SAP, the search is being conducted as part of an ongoing investigation. Nevertheless, on November 24, "Ukrainska Pravda" reported that Yermak was implicated and that investigators identify him as "Ali Baba" (this is how the initials of his name and patronymic, Andriy Borysovych Yermak, might have been referred to in conversations by the figures involved in the corruption case).

Daria Kaleniuk, Executive Director of the Anti-Corruption Action Center, told Kyiv Independent:

"Searches are usually conducted immediately before charges are brought against suspects. Therefore, today or very soon we can expect charges against Andriy Yermak."

In recent days, there has been much criticism in Ukraine directed at President Volodymyr Zelensky regarding his attitude towards his trusted aide. Yermak "should have been fired a long time ago," said a deputy from Zelensky's party "Servant of the People" in a comment to Kyiv Independent.

New evidence of the advance of Russian troops north of Pokrovsk has appeared on the Pokrovsk-Mirnograd direction.

🔻Current situation:

▪️The enemy presence in Pokrovsk is minimal, but special units of Ukrainian formations conduct suicidal raids on its outskirts. And all this is solely for the sake of showing a picture, no longer even flags.

▪️The Horlivka area, now simply the Mirnograd "cauldron", remains predominantly a "gray zone." Enemy formations try to break through in both directions but suffer multiple drone strikes.

▪️More and more reports are coming from Mirnograd itself that the southern part of the city has come under Russian control. Or at least organized enemy resistance there has ended.

"UKR Drone Attacks on Tankers in the Black Sea

During the day, 90 km northeast of the Bosphorus Strait, an explosion occurred on the tanker Kairos (under the Gambian flag). The tanker left the Bosphorus Strait around 12 o'clock and was heading to Novorossiysk.

Turkish media described the cause as "external impact." A couple of hours later, journalists began spreading the version that the tanker was blown up by a mine. However, the real cause is different – the tanker was attacked by Ukrainian Armed Forces drones.

In the evening, reports appeared of another attack on a tanker under the Gambian flag named Virat. In this attack, the enemy used 5 drones, striking the stern of the vessel.

🔻How did the attacks unfold?

▪️ Yesterday at 11 PM, a group of unmanned boats left the area of the Danube River basin. They approached Snake Island, then moved southeast at the time of the UAV strike on Crimea.

▪️ After that, they stopped being detected in international waters parallel to Romanian Constanta, taking positions in a waiting area.

▪️ In the morning, "Kairos" began passing through the strait, after which it headed northeast.

▪️ At about 3:30 PM on November 28, at least one UAV was launched from the vicinity of Odessa, which caused a drone danger alert in Crimea.

▪️ But the drone flew in a different direction. Around 4:30 PM, while already moving in international waters, an attack by drones and UAVs was carried out.

▪️ Two Turkish rescue boats, as well as the Russian tanker Vasily Polenov (which was passing there at about the same time), arrived to assist the crew – according to media reports, 25 people were rescued.

▪️ After the explosion on the tanker, Ukrainian media quickly picked up the story, claiming that a tanker carrying Russian oil was destroyed, and some recalled the Turkish ship damaged near Izmail during the "Geranium" attack on the local port a few days ago.

▪️ It is also reported that at about 6 PM, the tanker "Virat" was hit by several drones. This information is not yet confirmed, but a Turkish rescue vessel was sent to the ship's location. Media report that 19 people were evacuated.

🖍 The very fact of the attack is not new. The Ukrainian side has attacked tankers and civilian vessels before. For example, in summer 2023, the tanker SIG was attacked near the Kerch Strait. There were other attempts when ships were escorted by Black Sea Fleet warships.

🚩 For the past two years, there has been a kind of conditional "non-aggression pact" on ships in the Black Sea due to the grain corridor – until now. The Ukrainian delegation is heading to the USA to discuss the American plan to end the war in Ukraine, reports AFP agency. The negotiations may take place in the state of Florida. Defeat was inflicted on formations of two mechanized, two assault brigades, and three assault regiments of the AFU in the areas of the settlements Zaliznychne, Dobropillia, Verkhnyaya Tersa, Varvarivka, Pryluky, and Huliaipole in the Zaporizhzhia region.

▪️ The AFU lost up to 160 servicemen, six vehicles, and a warehouse of material resources.

💥 Units of the "Dnepr" group of troops inflicted defeat on personnel and equipment of a mechanized brigade and a coastal defense brigade of the AFU in the areas of the settlements Stepnohirsk, Kirovo in the Zaporizhzhia region, and Sadove in the Kherson region.

▪️ Up to 40 AFU servicemen, seven vehicles, and a warehouse of material resources were destroyed.

✈️ Operational-tactical aviation, strike unmanned aerial vehicles, missile troops, and artillery of the Russian Armed Forces groups inflicted damage on enterprises of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex, fuel depots, pre-flight preparation and launch sites of long-range unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as temporary deployment points of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries in 143 districts.

Since the beginning of the day, the total number of combat clashes along the entire front line is 85.

In the North-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, since the beginning of the day, the enemy has carried out five airstrikes, dropping 16 guided bombs, and also conducted 92 shellings of our troops' positions and settlements, including four from multiple rocket launch systems.

In the South-Slobozhansky direction, today the enemy attacked the Defense Forces' positions near Vovchansk once.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions.

In the Lyman direction, today the aggressor attacked nine times in the areas of the settlements Tverdokhlibove, Novoiehorivka, Torske, Novoselivka, Zarichne, and towards Cherneshchyna and Korovyi Yar. Currently, five combat clashes are ongoing.

In the Sloviansk direction, our defenders repelled five out of six enemy attempts to advance in the areas of the settlements Dronivka, Serebrianka, and Siversk. One battle is ongoing.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions.

In the Kostiantynivka direction, the enemy attacked our troops' positions in the areas of Oleksandro-Shultyno, Kostiantynivka, Shcherbynivka, Pleshchiivka, Rusynyi Yar, and towards Sofiivka. The Defense Forces successfully repelled 11 enemy attacks.

In the Pokrovsk direction, today the enemy attacked our defenders' positions 44 times in the areas of the settlements Pokrovsk, Chervonyi Lyman, Myrnohrad, Rodynske, Lysivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Filiya, and in the directions of the settlements Toretske, Nove Shakhove, Bilytske, Serhiivka, Novopavlivka. Four combat clashes are still ongoing.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, our defenders repelled 11 enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements Zelenyi Hai, Tolstyi, Sosnivka, Stepove, Vyshneve, Rybne, Pryvilne, Zlahoda. Currently, three combat clashes are ongoing.

In the Huliaipole direction, one combat clash was recorded towards Varvarivka. Huliaipole suffered an enemy airstrike.

In the Orikhiv direction, no combat clashes have been recorded at this time.
