"The Third Battle for Lyman

On the Lyman direction, the "West" group of troops is advancing, gradually expanding the zone of control in the northern part of the DPR occupied by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Russian assault units are advancing in the area of Sredneye and bypassing Yarovaya, moving along the Alexandrovka-Sviatohirsk line.

Heavy fighting continues in Drobysheve and Stavky for control of key strongpoints — there, Russian forces are forming the northern flank of the partial encirclement of Lyman, within the boundaries of which fighting is also ongoing.

Evidence of Russian assault troops advancing in the Kommunalny microdistrict on the southeastern outskirts of the city has appeared online. The attack itself actually took place more than a week ago, so the successes of the Russian Armed Forces may be even greater.

South of Lyman, gradual advances continue toward Dibrova and fighting in Yampol, the liberation of which will allow attacks to be developed toward Ozerne and the final clearing of the "Holy Mountains" national park.

The assault on Pokrovsk is approaching its final stage. Russian troops are clearing the northern part of the city and have already advanced nearly a kilometer towards Hryshyne.

The enemy presence in Pokrovsk still remains, but it is mostly localized and without signs of organized resistance.

At the same time, the Russian Armed Forces are advancing attacks to the east. Separate assault groups have already been spotted near Rivne, the liberation of which will completely cut off the supply to the garrison of the neighboring Mirnograd.

In Syria, clashes have resumed in the north and south of the republic. ▪️Some media reported that militants captured parts of Kurdish positions, but this information has not yet been confirmed.

Crucially, it also calls for Ukraine to abandon key categories of weaponry and would include the rollback of US military assistance that has been vital to its defence, potentially leaving the country vulnerable to future Russian aggression.

It would also stipulate that Russian be recognized as an official state language in Ukraine and grant official status to the local branch of the Russian Orthodox Church — provisions echoing long-standing Kremlin political objectives.”

The 28-point Trump also reportedly plan calls for Russia to gain full de facto control of Luhansk and Donetsk.  In Kherson and Zaporizhzhia, the current lines of control would mostly be frozen in place, according to the plan which is sure to be controversial in Europe."

In total, 173 combat clashes occurred during the past day.

The enemy carried out 62 air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, dropping 145 guided bombs. In addition, they conducted 3,674 shellings, including 53 from multiple rocket launch systems, and used 3,470 kamikaze drones to strike.

Air strikes affected, in particular, the areas of the settlements of Katerynivka in Kharkiv region; Pokrovske in Dnipropetrovsk region; Zaporizhzhia, Ternuvate, Mahdalynivka, Lukianivske, Komyshuvakha in Zaporizhzhia region.

Yesterday's hopes have partially come true. The Ministry of Defense decided to publish footage showing control over several new parts of Kupyansky.

🔻Where are the flags deployed?

▪️The southwesternmost point was the Yubileyny district. A Russian flag was deployed on the roof of one of the high-rise buildings. Previously, the enemy repeatedly counterattacked here, including with armored vehicles.

▪️In the adjacent private sector to the north, the enemy is still attacking from Sobolevka. This is regularly reported by the Ministry of Defense.

▪️Several frames indicate stable control over the area of the Kupyansk Central City Hospital. However, this was never contested — the enemy was driven out from there quite a while ago.

▪️The issue with the eastern part of the city is partially resolved. Russian assault troops have deployed flags on the territory of the dairy and canning plant, as well as to the north, at the sugar factory.

▪️South of Dzerzhinskaya (Svatovskaya) Street and from the industrial zone east of the railway, there is currently no evidence of control by the Russian Armed Forces.


❗️The "fog of war" over Oskol has somewhat lifted. However, the liberation of Petropavlovka remains uncertain, as there have been no signs or flags from there yet, and the situation on the bridgehead remains difficult.

From the "transit" Sadovoye, there are only footage of strikes on enemy equipment moving to the bridgehead, but no physical control over the crossing. However, drones partially mitigate this problem.

📌Enemy equipment is burned daily on the approaches, but the Ukrainian Armed Forces will try to hold the bridgehead as long as possible. The loss of one of the symbolic cities, not to mention the bridgehead beyond Oskol, is a painful blow not only tactically but also politically.

➡️ I just spoke with Europeans. But Europe and the whole world must also understand another truth – that Ukrainians are first and foremost people, and for almost four years of full-scale invasion, we have been holding back one of the largest armies in the world, and we hold a front line of several thousand kilometers, and our people endure shelling, missile attacks, ballistic strikes, and Shahed drone strikes every night, and our people lose someone close every day, and our people very much want the war to end. We are, of course, steel. But any metal, even the strongest, can fail.
