The Defense Forces of Ukraine are holding back the advance of Russian occupiers.

Currently, the total number of combat clashes is 79.

Today, communities in the settlements of Bila Bereza, Studenok, Cherkaske, Hirka, Progress, Novovasylivka in the Sumy region; Karpovychi, Bleshniya, Bohdanove in the Chernihiv region suffered from enemy artillery and mortar fire.

In the North-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, there were four enemy attacks today. The invaders' aviation carried out four strikes, dropping five guided aerial bombs. In addition, the enemy conducted 115 artillery shellings of our troops' positions and settlements, one of which was from multiple launch rocket systems.

In the Siversky direction, since the beginning of the day, the enemy attacked three times towards Dronivka. As a result of reconnaissance and search actions, our defenders achieved tactical success, advancing up to 200 meters in some areas and destroying enemy personnel.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy unsuccessfully conducted an attack near the settlement of Chasiv Yar.

In the Toretsk direction, our defenders advanced up to 300 meters in some areas and inflicted losses on enemy personnel, repelling eight enemy attempts to break into our defense in the areas of Ivanopillia, Shcherbynivka, Pleshchiivka, Stepanivka, Rusynyi Yar, Poltavka, Sofiivka. "Black Sea Region Under Fire: On the strikes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the western part of Crimea

Ukrainian forces continue to methodically attack military infrastructure in the western part of the Crimean Peninsula. In addition, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are increasing reconnaissance activity in the area of the Tendra and Kinburn Spits.

The enemy's goal remains the same — to weaken the air defense capabilities in the region as much as possible in order to increase the number of strikes on other targets later.

🔻Combined Attacks:

▪️In the past few days, enemy reconnaissance UAV flights have been recorded along the western coast of Crimea near Yevpatoria. The Armed Forces of Ukraine also attempted to attack Neptune cruise missile targets near Vityne.

▪️The enemy combines various reconnaissance and strike means. A wide range of reconnaissance UAVs — from "Leleka" to "Bayraktars" — are used to detect Russian Armed Forces positions. ▪️Additionally, in recent days, there has been an increase in enemy reconnaissance activity in the area of the Tendra Spit and actions by loitering munition groups along the southern coast of the Kherson region. Ukrainian drones conduct reconnaissance of Crimea also from the north, from the Steregushchy side.

📌Ukrainian forces deliberately target radar stations that are part of air defense missile systems, as well as civilian communication and connection facilities. By doing so, the enemy plans to reduce the Russian Armed Forces' ability to detect and intercept Ukrainian strike means, making the military infrastructure less protected from attacks.

❗️A significant portion of enemy UAVs is intercepted by air defense. Nevertheless, the methodical nature and use of various strike means may eventually yield results. Therefore, it is important not to lower vigilance and to seek new ways to counter raids and protect military infrastructure.
