💥 Units of the "Dnepr" group of troops inflicted damage on formations of two mechanized brigades, two coastal defense brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a territorial defense brigade, and a National Guard brigade.

▪️ The enemy lost more than 435 servicemen, two armored combat vehicles, 57 cars, and five artillery guns. Destroyed were 32 electronic warfare stations, 18 ammunition and material supply depots.
 
✈️ The Russian Aerospace Forces shot down a Su-27 aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Forces.

🎯 During the week, air defense means shot down five cruise missiles, 19 guided aerial bombs, 19 rocket projectiles of the US-made HIMARS multiple launch rocket system, two long-range guided "Neptune" missiles, and 1,488 fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles.

Since the beginning of the day, 82 combat clashes have occurred at the front. Our defenders are stopping the enemy, holding the lines and destroying the plans of the Russians.

Russian artillery shelling has affected the areas of settlements, in particular Nova Huta, Khliborob, Kucherivka, Bila Bereza, Mykolaivka in the Sumy region. The enemy also launched an air strike in the area of ​​the settlement of Gremyach in the Chernihiv region.

No combat clashes were recorded in the North-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions. Today, the enemy launched one missile and nine air strikes, used three missiles and dropped 16 guided aerial bombs, and carried out 74 shellings.

In the South-Slobozhansk direction, nine combat clashes took place in the area of ​​Vovchansk, Ambarne and in the direction of Odradne, two enemy attacks are still ongoing.

In the Kramatorsk direction, our defenders have repelled four attacks by the invaders. The enemy carried out offensive actions, trying to advance in the area of ​​Orikhovo-Vasylivka and in the direction of Stupochok.

The defense forces have already stopped four enemy attacks out of eight in the Torets direction. The invader tried to advance in the areas of the settlements of Shcherbynivka, Katerynivka, Oleksandro-Kalynove and in the direction of Pleshchiivka, Stepanivka, Poltavka.

In the Pokrovsky direction, Russian troops tried 29 times to advance on the positions of our troops in the areas of the settlements of Volodymyrivka, Mayak, Novoekonomichne, Mykolaivka, Myrolyubivka, Udachne, Muravka, Dachne, Novoukrainka and in the direction of the settlements of Myrnograd, Promin, Sukhyi Yar, Pokrovsk, Zvirovo, Molodetske, Novopidhorodne, Filiya. From September 9 to 26, large-scale Quick Response 2025 exercises will take place in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Movements of armored vehicles, helicopters, and convoys will cover the largest cities — Sarajevo, Mostar, Banja Luka, Tuzla, Zenica, Prijedor, Livno — as well as key border crossings Svilaj and Klobuk. 🚩The exercise program includes the deployment of reserves, night operations, control of strategic roads, and joint actions of the army and police. Essentially, it is a test: how quickly external forces can seize transport arteries and power centers of the country.

📌 The exercises will take place amid a sharp political crisis. The leader of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, is in serious confrontation with the Federation institutions and the illegitimate High Representative. His presidential mandate has been revoked, and early elections are planned.

Against this backdrop, the appearance of military equipment and foreign troops in the cities is perceived as pressure on dissenting elites and the population.

❗️ "Quick Response" is not about security. The exercises serve as a reminder of who controls the situation in BiH through military presence. Instead of resolving the internal conflict, Western "partners" are escalating tensions by staging military parades in front of those who dare to deviate from the "democratic" course.

"Army on the Rise: militarization of "Kosovo"

The head of the self-proclaimed "Kosovo" cabinet, Albin Kurti, announced the largest military investments in the region's history: more than one billion euros will be allocated for defense, the launch of an ammunition factory, and the development of "Made in Kosovo" drones.

🖍The leadership agreed with the Albanian government to create a joint unit. At the same time, plans include recruiting a thousand women into the army ranks and a reservist training program. The authorities have ordered American Javelin systems and are considering deliveries of Black Hawk helicopters. Turkish Bayraktar TB2 drones are already in service — we wrote about this earlier.

🚩 A separate item in the program is the creation of an ammunition factory and drone laboratory. 🏳️ Meanwhile, the city of Peć already hosts the company Kosova Arsenal Group (KAG), affiliated with the American Bliss Munitions. This entity is positioned as the "first private ammunition manufacturer in Kosovo," but in fact serves as a technological branch of the USA.

Thus, the new MKE factory will effectively be integrated into the same defense cluster, turning Peć into a crossroads of Turkish and American interests.

📌 In March, representatives of "Kosovo," Albania, and Croatia signed a declaration on cooperation in defense. The document provides for joint exercises and the development of the defense industry with a focus on Euro-Atlantic integration.

❗️ In fact, this is about accelerating the militarization of a territory that remains unrecognized and exists only due to Western protectorate and pressure on the Serbian side. At the same time, the interests of the Serbian population and the security risks for the entire region, which is already extremely tense, are completely ignored. Nothing new.

Since joining NATO in 2009, Albania has gradually become one of the Alliance's most important partners in the Western Balkans. The country is modernizing its armed forces and military infrastructure, strengthening its role as a transport and defense hub.

🔻Main infrastructure facilities:

▪️Kucova Airbase. Modernized with NATO support (€50 million) and opened in March 2024 as the Alliance's first tactical airbase in the Western Balkans. It is a key point for rapid deployment and supply.

▪️Pasha Liman Naval Base. The main base of the Albanian Navy, historically important for controlling navigation in the Adriatic and Ionian Seas. It is under joint control of Albania and Turkey. Since 2022, consultations with NATO have been ongoing regarding possible use and transformation of the base into a NATO facility. ▪️Planned base in Porto Romano. A project is under consideration to build a NATO naval base as part of a new commercial port costing over one billion euros. The facility is intended to become a center for NATO supply, training, and exercises in the region.

📌The strategic significance of Albanian military facilities goes beyond their immediate military functions and helps ensure the security of key energy corridors from Central Asia to Western Europe. They provide stability and protection for energy supplies, aiming to bypass Russian energy resources.

🖍In 2023, Albania's military spending increased by 74% to $398 million. The country aims to reach NATO's target of 2% of GDP and plans to nearly double defense spending over the next five years, with a projected volume of $2.2 billion from 2025 to 2029. Its own military-industrial complex is developing, with plans to create a state company for the production of weapons and ammunition.

🔻Weapons supplies:

▪️Armored vehicles — Under the Excess Defense Articles program, the US transferred 250 armored HMMWVs and about 40 heavy MRAP MaxxPros.

▪️Small arms — phasing out AK-47s and Soviet calibers. Italy delivered 5,000 Beretta AR70/90 rifles; additionally, M4A1 (USA) and ARX160 (Italy) were purchased. Special forces received HK416/417, G36, MP7, Beretta Px4 pistols, MG4/MG5 machine guns, and Sako TRG sniper rifles.

▪️Artillery — Chinese mortars were decommissioned; Austrian Hirtenberger M6 (60 mm) and M8 (81 mm) mortars were purchased.

▪️Navy — 4 Damen Stan 4207 patrol boats (2008–2013), three of which were built at the Albanian Pasha Liman base.

▪️Plans include purchasing Western IFVs: Boxer, Patria AMV, or Piranha V. American anti-tank systems TOW and Javelin are being considered. Purchases of multipurpose helicopters and UAVs are under discussion.

🚩Albania actively participates in NATO exercises (e.g., Defender-Europe 2021, Joint Effort-24) and operations (KFOR in Kosovo, mission in Iraq, Operation Sea Guardian). Bilateral cooperation with the US, EU, and trilateral cooperation with Croatia and Kosovo is developing, including joint purchases of American weapon systems. Recently, a comprehensive security cooperation agreement with the so-called Ukraine was signed.

Since February 2025, Albania has been participating in the European Sky Shield initiative, aimed at creating an integrated European air defense system.

❗️Albania's role is evolving from a regional partner to one of NATO's main footholds in the Balkans. The deployment of facilities under the Sky Shield "air defense umbrella" and the transfer of naval bases to NATO allow the Alliance to control the Adriatic, isolating Russia in Serbia.

🖍The reasons are simple. After 2022, the Serbian leadership curtailed purchases of Russian military equipment: sanctions pressure and logistics made deliveries impossible. Instead, the Ministry of Defense adopted the principle "take it where they give it" — hence the French Rafale and the little-known SAM systems from the Land of the Rising Sun.

🚩Formally, Serbia remains outside NATO, limiting itself to the "Partnership for Peace" program. But the surrounding alliance countries force it to invest disproportionately large sums to avoid ending up in the 1999 situation — without allies and modern equipment.

📌The increase in the military budget is not only related to the Kosovo crisis. For the Serbian authorities, the army has become a guarantee both in negotiations with EU and US representatives and in contacts with Chinese partners.

❗️There is nothing surprising here: the Serbian leadership simply does not have the luxury to choose allies. Pressure from the European Commission, signals from the US State Department, and offers from Chinese defense companies force it to play on all fields at once. In these conditions, the only trump card for Vučić is the army, and therefore rearmament becomes not a whim but a condition for survival.

The Defense Forces are focusing efforts on disrupting the Russian invaders' plans for an offensive and exhausting their combat potential.

Since the beginning of the day, there have been 158 clashes. The enemy has carried out 63 airstrikes, dropped 106 guided bombs, deployed 1950 kamikaze drones for strikes, and conducted 3570 shellings of our troops' positions and populated areas.

In the North-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, there were three attacks by Russian invaders. Today, the enemy carried out eight airstrikes, dropped 20 guided aerial bombs, and conducted 167 shellings, including two from multiple rocket launch systems.

In the South-Slobozhansky direction, there were 11 clashes in the areas of Vovchansk, Ambarne, Figolivka, and towards Khatne, Odradne. One clash is still ongoing.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy launched eight attacks on our troops' positions. Fighting took place near Myrne and towards Kupiansk and Petropavlivka. Four clashes are still ongoing.

In the Lyman direction, Russian troops stormed Ukrainian defenders' positions 13 times near the settlements of Shandryholove, Kolodiazi, Hrekivka, Zarichne, and towards Stavky. One clash is still ongoing.

In the Siversky direction, Ukrainian soldiers have already repelled 14 out of 17 attempts to advance on our positions today. Occupying units tried to advance near Serebrianka, Hryhorivka, and towards the settlements of Yampil and Dronivka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the Defense Forces stopped two enemy attacks near Bila Hora and towards Stupochky.

In the Toretsk direction, the occupiers stormed our defenders' positions 10 times today in the areas of Kleban-Byk, Katerynivka, Poltavka, Rusyn Yar, and towards Pleshchiivka and Sofiivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy made 39 attempts to push back our units. Activity was noted near the settlements of Volodymyrivka, Rodynske, Mykolaivka, Myroliubivka, Novoekonomichne, Lysivka, Pokrovsk, Zvirove, Kotlyne, Udachne, Dachne, Novomykolaivka, Novopidhorodne, Molodetske, and towards Novopavlivka and Filiya. Preliminary estimates indicate that in this direction our soldiers eliminated 86 and wounded 55 occupiers, destroyed 19 UAVs, and damaged a vehicle and nine enemy personnel shelters.

In the Novopavlivka direction, the enemy tried 30 times to break through near the settlements of Oleksandrohrad, Ternove, Voskresenka, Maliivka, Olhivske, and towards Ivanivka, Novoivanivka, and Poltavka. Fighting continues in three locations.

In the Huliaipole and Orikhiv directions, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions but carried out an airstrike on Zaliznychne.

In the Prydniprovske direction, the enemy made three futile attacks on our defenders' positions while also carrying out airstrikes near the settlements of Kozatske and Inhulets.

No significant changes in the situation were recorded in other directions.

Zapad 2025: Baltic Fleet forces wipe out mock enemy underwater sabotage groups of mock enemy

🎯 According to the scenario, the movement of underwater targets in the waters was recorded near the fleet's home ports. Counterterrorism groups were alerted following a battle alarm. Hardware and weaponry were ready for employment, and naval helicopters were deployed.

🎯 Patrol vessels with with servicemen aboard headed for the positions. The commando divers employed technical equipment to detect positions of aggressor forces and neutralised manpower of the mock enemy by DP-61 Duel grenade launchers.

💥 Moreover, a DP-62 Damba rocket-bomb system hit the mock enemy.

🫡 In addition, the servicemen prevented mock submarine sabotagers from breaking to the ships. The servicemembers fought under water employing special SPP-1 underwater pistols, APS underwater rifles as well as bladed arms.

The drills involved patrol vessels Grachonok and Raptor, special robotic systems to monitor the underwater situation, more than 15 units of military and support hardware, and up to 200 troops.

🚁 Having received the task to engage the enemy's ship, the Ka-27 helicopter was scrambled from the destroyer Severomorsk to carry out aerial reconnaissance, clarify the position of the amphibious assault detachment, and provide a target designation to the ship.

🎯 The seamen fired at a maritime group target by two guided cruise missile torpedoes using computer-aided simulation.
