What is a false flag within a false flag?

A regular false flag will blame an enemy for an attack you yourself committed.

But a false flag within a false flag adds another layer: you not only stage the attack and blame your enemy, but you also leak or allow evidence to emerge that it was a false flag—so your real enemies start looking like the ones who staged it.

It’s deception within deception, designed to confuse, divide, and manipulate both the public and your opponents into turning against each other while you stay hidden behind the layers.
