Be aware that everyone seems to have an opinion on spiritual practices these days. It's not for anyone to tell you how to connect to your higher power, whether that's Mother God, Father God, Source as a whole, the Universal energies, or simply your Higher Self. All roads lead to soul evolution.

So if you feel the portal energies and manifesting, embody that. If you feel God in a church because it helps you connect, embody that. If you feel to dive into your shadow work to discover why you are who and where you are, do that. It's all about self love. If a practice resonates with you and it helps you love yourself unconditionally, that's your journey and if someone tells you it's wrong, they aren't for you. Just keep doing what works for you.
