Do yall know about our Salt Baths?
Right now, my angel team has me on a strict protocol: HOT baths 🥵 & COLD showers 🥶. There is another round of EGO frequencies & toxins purging out of the body and to say it has been intense is a vast understatement. *Intentional* sweating is my go to remedy for it all, especially now because if I don't, I wind up having body aches, sinus drainage, & a sore throat by the end of every evening.
I formulated this bath blend back in 2020 before Bottled Guidance has even begun to take form and I did so then because that was the last time I re-heart having such a hard & fast body upgrade. Since then I've only had one bath blend formulation for a reason because IT WORKS!
Salt baths are one of my faaaavorite Ascension Tools because the Ego hates the idea of intense sweating and a shocking freeze right after, plus I have found that the health benefits they have for the body are unmatched. 🧂Dead Sea Salt: This unique mineral-rich salt, sourced from the lowest point on earth, is often used in spiritual rituals for its powerful ability to cleanse and purify not just the physical body, but also the aura or energy field surrounding it. In the same way that it can draw out physical impurities and toxins, Dead Sea Salt is believed to absorb negative energies, helping to restore balance and harmony to the individual. It contains magnesium, potassium, sodium, & calcium, reduces skin inflammation, helps with exfoliation & unclogging pores, and it helps to relieve joint pain & sore muscles.
🌋Calcium Bentonite Clay: One of Calcium Bentonite Clay's spiritual healing properties is that of homeostasis, the ability to return to balance. Clay is a nano crystal- crystals are capable of memory and holding energy.
