In recognition of your contributions and expertise, we are pleased to invite you to serve as a Session Chair and to submit your latest research to the International Conferences on Digital Technology Driven Engineering 2026 (ICDTDE2026) — a mainly online, hybrid event hosted by the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), 17–19 December 2026, Athens, Greece (NTUA Zografou Campus).

ICDTDE2026 is a multi-conference platform featuring three co-hosted, multidisciplinary conferences:

• ADDOPT2026 – 3rd International Conference on ADDitively Manufactured OPTimized Structures
• HAZARDS2026 – 1st International Conference on Hazard Assessment, Zonation, Awareness, Response & Safety

Flexible participation options — online registration from just €70 and on-site delegate registration from €350 (early-registration rates apply until 30 September 2026; late-registration rates apply until 10 December 2026):

Fees are in Euro (€). Bank charges are not included and must be paid by the participant. The on-site Delegate fee corresponds to the Option 3 package; Options 1–3 are available for online participation. Each accepted proceedings paper must be covered by at least one paid registration.

Please note that the number of papers that can be included in the Springer, Scopus-indexed proceedings is limited. Springer proceedings slots will be allocated on a first-registered, payment-confirmed basis, subject to abstract acceptance. We therefore strongly encourage you to submit your abstract and complete your registration as early as possible to secure your preferred publication option.

Invitation to Serve as a Session Chair
Serving as a Session Chair is optional. Please log in to the submission system with your email and select "Yes" to accept the Session Chair invitation while submitting your contribution. As a Session Chair, you are encouraged to coordinate submissions from your academic network; at least three accepted and registered papers are required to secure a Session Chair assignment.

Session Chairs receive:

2+1 reward: when two papers from you or your academic network are accepted and registered, a third participation/presentation is granted free of charge. This reward applies to all participation options, including the Springer, Scopus-indexed proceedings option, only until 15 September 2026 or until the available Springer proceedings slots are filled, whichever occurs first. After this date, the 2+1 reward may continue to be offered only for Option 1 and Option 2, namely the Book of Abstracts and open-access proceedings Google Scholar discoverability participation options.
An official Session Chair Certificate of Contribution, along with Presenter and Contributor Certificates
Free membership in the International Society for Digital Technology Driven Engineering
Free access to all sessions across all co-hosted conferences
Inclusion in the scientific programme, subject to the required number of registered papers
Publication options up to Springer (Scopus-indexed) proceedings, according to the selected registration package
Presentations may be live or pre-recorded
