Arizona has state authority over OSHA via the Industrial Commission of Arizona.

The ICA has decided that the temporary measures are not binding over Arizona's private or public sector employers or employees.

The ICA, however, will review and decide whether or not to adopt the temporary measures for Arizona.

We lost in appeals. The court ruled that Cyber Ninjas is subject to public records requests. As a result we've received a number of additional requests today.

This should theoretically mean that any government contractor in AZ could potentially also be subject to public records. Now's the time to send out your requests 😉.

Many channels have a growing number of, albeit currently small proportion, of "patriots" pushing or implying desire for violent action. They erroneously portend such action would be similar to what our Founders did.

This concerns me as it does you. Such premature and reckless action is a liability for our position both short- and long-term. Worse yet, such reckless and premature activities would put us "lower" to a similar level as the collectivists, which would corrode both our momentum and sustainability for the cause of individual liberty.

We know that, from understanding the Declaration of Independence and Olive Branch Petition (just two examples), our Founders explored as many peacable options as possible for a period of time prior to more severe escalation, and even then it could be considered defensive (along NAP principles) with the 1774 Coercive Acts or the British attacking militia supplies in Concord.

We are still a distance away from such a scenario we hope to abate.
It will however, be less abatable if reckless "patriots" commit reckless & premature acts.

We are already seeing certain influencers unthinkingly dox private family residences of suspected offenders, which may house innocents, and seem to be pushing for a "mobocracy" response (so far, we've been lucky enough that matter hasn't escalated too severely).

I know you have discussed the matter for no-violence in passing multiple times, but many of us would be grateful if we had a video or announcement, perhaps even supported by individuals like General Flynn and others, that explained the importance of non-violence and how we are not at a point where violence would be warranted (which we are seeking to avoid by the many avenues to be taken before such a scenario).

If such videos or more formal statements exist, could you please re-share or re-advertise these?
