The last two months of this year are going to be pretty crazy. 
A ton of energetic shifts happening right now.
Some of the things you may be experiencing include:
Problems sleeping
Crazy dreams and/or extreme nightmares
Digestive system issues
Hot flashes and night sweats
cold flashes or chills
Anxiety
panic attacks
Heart flutters or palpitations
Inflammation
Pain in the body especially in the back and neck
Headaches
Weird unexplainable sinus stuff like constant sneezing despite not having any respiratory illness or allergy
New psychic capabilities or intuition coming online
Some of us have all of these going on at the same time.
If any of this is relatable, here is what you can do:
Take care of your body and be gentle with it.
Eat organic non gmo foods that are calming and soothing for you.
Warm baths in Sea salt or dead sea salts
Meditate daily
Listen to 432 Hz music all day
Make sure you’re getting plenty of water and electrolytes
Detox your body from heavy metals and plastics
Try to remain calm
Focus on positive thoughts only
Use things like infrared sauna, lifewave patches, PEMF, Rife frequencies, energy work and natural supplements to address any pain and inflammation
Utilize other healing modalities like tuning forks, singing bowls, essential oils, crystals.
make sure to give yourself a hug every day and look in the mirror and tell yourself “I love you”
Practice gratitude
Go out into nature and/or do grounding at least once a day or more.
Connect daily with mother father God, your inner Holy Spirit and your guides and angels for support and answers.
Reach out to your awake, spiritual friends for support
