To all those asking, no we were not at the meeting in UK Parliament yesterday, regrettably. We were told ahead of time that under no circumstances was the meeting to be recorded. Now there's phone footage leaking out 🤷🏻‍♂️

From what I've seen, there was nothing in the presentations given that would have been revelatory to somebody within the freedom movement. The goal was to get this information in front of MPs and in that respect, it was more successful than any previous effort.

What is presently taking place is an attempted technocratic, global takeover, and it’s been in the works for generations.

The plan launched in 1968, and will lead to monetisation of everything through nature. Rockefeller is all over early work, with touch of Carnegie.

The ICSU (and associates) has manufactured the ‘science’, and there’s been a large emphasis on social science, because the masses had to gradually learn to accept what was clearly not so along the way.

When the carbon ‘consensus’ was reached in 1979, related science was all over the map. But this consensus would bring us to 1992 and the UNFCCC, which is an instrument acting as a brake on economic activity. Control of the people who are independent of the state.

Flip side of that coin is where the Convention on Biological Diversity kicks in. It’s ’Ecosystem Approach’ is a stakeholder economy plan of global management (but who get to pick said ‘stakeholders’) ultimately centred around cashing in on renewable resources - ie ‘ecosystem services’. But to do that, this economic framework needs developing.

In 1975, the IIASA launched the very first report on carbon pricing, and through twists and turns, this turned into the IPBES, and their Payments for Ecosystem Services.

To uphold this future of feudalism, we need surveillance. And that launched in 1976, after 5 years of planning. Progressively the first initiative - GEMS - became the GTOS/… which looped in satellite data, then GEOSS in 2003, GEO BON in 2012 (biodiversity), and the 2019 Canberra Declaration adds satellite feeds, leading to GBIOS; global surveillance including satellites for sakes of the Convention on Biological Diversity’s most recent 10 year action plan, the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework, which in target 19 includes ‘innovative financing’, like blended finance, which is where the Global Environment Facility enters the frame.

The GEF create structures much like those in 2008, only this time, the public holds the awful part of the investments, and private the great ones — while philanthropes take the credit, in spite of hardly putting anything in at all. Structured ‘landscape approach’ deals for ‘ecosystem services’ can then be put into ‘natural asset companies’ - though temporarily postponed - but what’s of greater importance is which lands they monetise.

That’s where UNESCO biosphere reserves, launched in 1971, enter the frame. Because private equity - with help of UNESCO and GEF - monetise timber, eco-tourism, fresh water and carbon credits from those reserves.

But human surveillance lacked. And that was progressively justified through the utterly fake H5N1 episode in Hong Kong in 1997 which enabled the ‘solution’ of livestock surveillance, poultry vaccination, with a dash of culling.

Then followed likewise fake SARS in 2003 leading to HK/EU CDCs, working on ‘disease surveillance’.

The H5N1 ‘solution’ was then adopted for humans in 2004 under the ‘Manhattan Approach’ - also known as ‘One Health’. This was rolled out under the guise of AMR in 2015 under Obama, leading to a UN resolution in 2016.

The final part of the plan then kicked off in 2020. This would include vast amount of surveillance data in the global database, allow digital IDs to be pushed through those EU vaccination certificates, and this would then be used to facilitate the switch to digital money a few years down the road, along with total surveillance leading to 15 minute prison camps.

But scientists and people talk. So scientists post-Anthrax were wrapped up in ‘ethics declarations’ ensuring a pink slip should they talk - as we saw during the scamdemic - but the people were more tricky. But what started as a joint 1998 US/Russia statement on ‘information terrorism’ eventually turned into ‘misinformation’ and here we are.

And while I won’t comment on 9/11 itself, it through the patriot act led to the enabling of the surveillance state. And this, too, would come in handy down the road.
