A separate Gaza Executive Board was also formed — comprising Witkoff, Kushner, Fidan, Al-Thawadi, Rashad, Blair, Rowan, Al-Hashimy, Mladenov, Gabay, and Kaag — to support the Palestinian National Committee for the Administration of Gaza, a 15-member body led by Ali Sha’ath tasked with overseeing the Gaza Strip.

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has filed a motion opposing the appointment of an independent monitor to release the Epstein files in the Ghislaine Maxwell case
The DOJ contends that federal courts lack jurisdiction to enforce the Epstein Transparency Act and asserts that Representatives Ro Khanna and Thomas Massie have no legal standing to propose such a monitor. In essence, the DOJ’s stance appears to be that no court can compel it to disclose the files.

The real servicemembers present, exhausted and on brief leave, chose not to pursue them, eager to return to their families.
