ℹ️ This version brings the much awaited Barnard release, with new governance capabilities, new vm hooks, new gas penalty factor, updated compiler, storage iterator and other smaller improvements/fixes. The release notes can be found here: https://multiversx.com/release/release-barnard-v1-10-4.

📅 There are 2 activation epochs: one for the new features, which is set to 1820, which should happen on Thursday, July 24th ~17:00 UTC. This will also disable the governance mechanism. The second activation epoch is set to 1831, Monday, August 4th ~17:00 UTC when the new governance improvements will be activated.
