On Warroom tomorrow to discuss the purpose of the Maricopa County Forensic Audit of the 2020 General Election in light of CNN's attempt to vilify the responsibility of a Legislature to examine questions of process where elections are concerned.

Pertinent to the audit now known as America's Audit and the right of the People to scrutinize every election, commentary by David Hume, 1752 and the Original Contract. The frosting on the cake is that Maricopa County refuses to release the router logs and routers as called for in the subpoenas.

The Audit Report will be as complete as it can be with the materials that Maricopa County has provided under subpoena, but it will not cover those materials which are still not analyzed. Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced that his office (AGO) determined the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) is in violation of state law for failing to comply with the Arizona Senate’s legislative subpoena related to the 2020 election audit. If MCBOS does not change course, the AGO will notify the Arizona Treasurer to withhold Maricopa County’s state-shared funds as required under the law.

"We are notifying the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors that it must fully comply with the Senate’s subpoena as required by the law,” said Attorney General Mark Brnovich. “Our courts have spoken. The rule of law must be followed."

My statement, “I am pleased to see that the Arizona Attorney General has reinforced the rule of law and is compelling a lawless political subdivision to do what it promised to do on December 14, 2020. In fact, I am of the opinion that the entire cost of the audit should be billed back to the county for the delays and legal hoops that the Senate has had to g through just to do its job.”
