‼️VoterGA Call to Action: Help Rescue a Fraud-Fighting Georgia State Rep. From Retaliatory Redistricting

VoterGA Supporters,

As you may know, VoterGA filed a non-partisan lawsuit to ban the Dominion voting system in Georgia because the U.S. District Court has found that it is illegal under Georgia law. The way in which it accumulates votes hidden in QR codes is totally unverifiable to the voter. Georgia law requires an elector verifiable ballot with human readable text. You may remember that Rep. Philip Singleton of House District in Coweta County 73 joined us in the lawsuit.

As retribution for that, House Speaker David Ralston is attempting to redistrict Rep. Singleton out of his seat. The new restricting moves the Republican from District 73 that has an 80-20% Republican majority to District 67 that has a 70 -30% Democrat majority. That is being accomplished by abnormally extending the Fulton Co. district south into a large chunk of Coweta Co. where Singleton and his family live (see Red “X”).

The chairman of the redistricting effort is Bonnie Rich. She has the power to correct this injustice that goes against the will of the people. We are asking that you contact her and insist that the lines be redrawn more fairly.

ICYMI: Wisconsin Election Fraud Fighting Work-Around

As we reported last week, Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling is bypassing the do-nothing Dem AG and recommending felony charges against the Wisconsin Elections Commission to the local (Republican) District Attorney.

AZ State Senator Wendy Rogers tweeted: “This is how it is done! Canvass your precinct. Turn over the affidavits & evidence to your local sheriff. Sheriff investigates using tools at his disposal. Refers the elected officials over to be prosecuted for fraud & election tampering. This is the way!”

County-level prosecution works when we have constitutional sheriffs and America First DA’s. The Racine County example underscores the hold-the-line importance of our often overlooked local elections. In Maricopa County, for example, the sheriff is Soros-installed.

Another Example of the Importance of Local: New Complaint Filed Against Green Bay Mayor Over Handling of November 2020 Election Will Be Decided by City Council | Fox 11

A new complaint, with familiar election-related allegations, has been filed against Green Bay Mayor Eric Genrich.

Rollin points out the city used grant money from the Center for Tech and Civil Life to help carry out the November election. The complaint alleges, as part of that grant, Genrich allowed non-resident Michael Spitzer Rubenstein to run Central Count and argues that allowing a non-resident to run Central Count is a violation of Wisconsin State Statutes.

If the city clerk determines the complaint is complete, it will be forwarded to the city's Ethics Board (which is appointed by the Mayor and approved by the city council) to have a hearing within 45 days. The board then submits a report to the city council, including a recommendation for action. Any action taken by the council requires a three quarters vote. Half of the council has already expressed confidence in the city's handling of the election through a resolution in May.

Multi-State Rollout Planned for Virginia’s Election Fraud Defense System | Epoch Times

10 Months in the Making

In February, a group of grassroots non-profits began an election integrity drive with the aim of using the Virginia gubernatorial election as a beta to “restore trust” in elections. They formed the Virginia Fair Elections Coalition, composed of over 20 mostly conservative groups. Both the Conservative Partnership Institute and Virginia Institute for Public Policy are partner organizations.

According to Cleta Mitchell, a senior legal fellow at the Conservative Partnership Institute, the entire cycle — from forming a coalition to dispatching new watchers to polls — takes almost a year. 

They are confident that what has worked in Virginia can be replicated in other states.

Such actions are already underway. On November 10th, an 18-city tour will kick off in Georgia to start building a similar coalition there, according to Jenny Beth Martin, co-founder of the Tea Party Patriots, a non-profit based in Georgia and a coalition partner. She said similar election integrity initiatives didn’t run in New Jersey, another state which had a gubernatorial election in November, as the coalition focused on Virginia as the pilot state.

White House Tells Businesses to Proceed with Mandate, Ignore the Court Order | CNBC

The White House on Monday said businesses should move forward with resident Joe Biden's vaccine and testing requirements for private businesses, despite a federal appeals court ordering a temporary halt to the rules.

Republican attorneys general in at least 27 states have challenged Biden’s vaccine and testing requirements in five different U.S. appeals courts since last Friday. The Republican National Committee said it has also challenged the requirements in the D.C. Court of Appeals.

It’s unclear which court will ultimately decide the case. When multiple petitions are filed in at least two courts, the cases are consolidated in one of those courts through a lottery system. The Justice Department said in a filing Monday that the lottery is expected take place on or around Nov. 16.

David Vladeck, a professor of law at Georgetown University, said there’s a “high probability” that the case will end up before the Supreme Court.

“There are justices on the court who want to rein in the administrative state and this is a case in which those concerns are likely to come to the fore,” Vladeck told CNBC.

Governor Newsom Injured by Moderna Booster Shot, Source Tells The Defender | Children’s Health Defense

A source close to California Gov. Gavin Newsom today told The Defender the governor experienced an adverse reaction to the Moderna COVID vaccine he received Oct. 27.

The source, who asked not to be identified, said Newsom’s symptoms were similar to those associated with Guillain–Barré syndrome (GBS), a known side effect of many vaccines.

GBS is a neurological disorder in which the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks part of its peripheral nervous system — the network of nerves located outside of the brain and spinal cord — and can range from a very mild case with brief weakness to paralysis to leaving the person unable to breathe independently.

The governor has not been seen in public since he was photographed Oct. 27 getting his COVID booster.

According to Times of San Diego, Newsome got the Johnson & Johnson (J&J) COVID vaccine in April 2021 when his age group became eligible. In July, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration added a warning to the J&J COVID vaccine noting the vaccine had been linked to GBS.

Poll: It's Official, Kamala Harris Is the Most Disliked Vice President in American History | Western Journal

According to a USA TODAY/Suffolk University Poll conducted among registered voters last week, Harris’ approval rating has hit a historic low of 28 percent, lower than any modern vice president.

“The closest comparison – which involves slightly different methodology and margins of error – would be former Vice President Dick Cheney, the most unpopular US vice president in polling history,” Business Insider reports.

“He bottomed out at 30% in Gallup’s tracking survey, but that wasn’t until the end of former President George W. Bush’s second term in 2007.”

Meanwhile, at 37%, Biden is heading into Nixon rejection territory. According to Steve Bannon, “Nixon’s approval was at 33% when he helicoptered off the White House lawn.” Overall, Dems trail Republicans 38%/ 46%.

74 Georgia Counties Can’t Produce Original 2020 Election Ballot Images

VoterGA’s Garland Favorito held a press conference today to discuss statewide evidence destruction in Georgia. Nearly 30% of Georgia counties are missing some or all of their ballot images. Interestingly, the Maricopa County audit also revealed 284K deleted or corrupted ballot images. In a press release, VoterGA summarized the details:

Atlanta, November 9, 2021 – VoterGA today announced that their ballot image analysis team determined 74 Georgia counties have been unable to produce all the original ballot images from the November 2020 election. The team obtained admissions from 56 counties that most or all of the images created automatically by the Dominion voting system for results tabulation have been destroyed. VoterGA volunteers made the determinations by submitting Open Records Requests (ORR) for the images to each county.

Ballot images are a critical aspect of election records that have long been required to be retained by federal and state law. Federal law requires a 22-month retention period for election records while state law requires a 24-month retention period for election documents which are generally considered to include those that are electronic. The Dominion voting system automatically creates images for in-person voted ballots on compact flash memory cards. It automatically creates images for mail-in ballots on memory flash drives. The cards or drives are then manually uploaded to the county’s Election Management Server (EMS). Some densely populated counties also use high speed scanners that automatically transfer images directly to the EMS.

Counties admit non-conformance or evade ORRs

At least 28 counties admitted having no original images at all and 22 of those counties only had recount images that some claimed are the same as originals. Recount images don’t have original time stamps that can be used for audit purposes nor do they have original meta data that shows how votes were initially interpreted. The images can also be changed by tampering between scans and are therefore, invalid to audit an election.

VoterGA received emails from another 28 counties admitting they do not have a complete set of original images. Various counties were missing all in-person voting images, all absentee images, all Election Day images or a substantial portion of one or more of those groups.

Another 18 counties did not comply with repeated ORRs over a period of two months. Most simply did not respond but some frustrated the requestors by requiring exorbitant fees for images that most counties provided for around $25-$50. Fees requested by counties ranged from $0 to $1,700, which is too unnecessarily expensive to comply with ORR law. Six of those counties claim to have mailed images that VoterGA team members have not yet received. These images may also be incomplete or recount images only.

VoterGA showed written confirmation from former State Election Director Chris Harvey granting permission to erase in-person ballot images from the memory cards. “These violations are yet another glaring reason why Georgians cannot trust the Secretary of State’s office,” said Garland Favorito, co-founder of VoterGA. “We desperately need a multi-county audit of the 2020 election to resolve these serious problems before 2022.”

Ballot Image Evidence Destruction in Georgia

In a press conference today, Garland Favorito revealed that Fulton County is missing ALL of their in-person ballot images. They are also missing 17,690 absentee ballot images — more than the resident’s alleged 11,769 vote margin.

In addition, nearly 30% of Georgia counties cannot produce original ballot images for the November 2020 election:

• Another 28 counties do not have a complete set of original ballot images

• 18 counties refused to comply with VoterGA’s open records requests

Wisconsin Audit Committee Hearing: ‘You’ve Done Nothing to Allay My Concerns,’ Rep. Macco to WEC Administrator Meagan Wolfe

Today the Wisconsin Joint Legislative Committee reviewed the findings from the Legislative Audit Bureau’s 8-month risk-limited review of the 2020 election. WEC Administrator Meagan Wolfe gave the typical zero-accountability, whitewashed, weasel testimony:

“Overall, my analysis of the report is that it confirms that there was no widespread fraud in the November 2020 election; that the WEC and Wisconsin’s 1,922 municipal and county clerks followed required processes and election laws; and that the vote totals were accurate.

It's worth noting again that no major errors were identified that could have changed the outcome of the election.”

Rep. John Macco responded to Wolfe: “I find this whole thing a joke today. You’ve done nothing to allay my concerns.”
