Looking for #MBA, #CA having 1 to 3 years of experience in #Investment #Banking for the following #Role

· Develop recommendations for product offerings, #private #equity transactions, #mergers and #acquisitions, and #valuations.
· Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business.
Conduct preparation and review of materials used in
​ the financing of clients, including investment memorandum, management presentations and pitch books.
Be responsible for specific components of the work including:
· Analyzing and summarizing financial performance
· Building financial and valuation Models
· Developing PowerPoint and Word documents
· Support in developing business development pitches
