>> Responsible for DFM (Design for Manufacturability) of New Product at concept stage & Designe Review with R&D/Supplier end
>> Responsible for supplier management including qualifying new suppliers on new product introduction
>> Hands on experience in resolving quality problems related to metal machining with various machining process (CNC turning, VMC 3, 4 & 5axis)
>> 8D problem solving methodology, GD & T symbols, MSA (Measurement System Analysis), SPC (Statistical process control) at supplier end
>> Understand the critical drawings requirement, manufacturing process involved & special process knowledge (cleaning, plating, painting, welding, etc.),

2. #Strategic_sourcing_Engineer - 5 to 8 Yrs - Bangalore
>> Leading moderate to complex sourcing projects, managing supplier relationships, and driving continuous improvement
>> develop sourcing strategies & execute new part qualifications
>> Lead the execution of First Article Inspections (FAI) for new part qualifications, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure compliance
>> Experience with GD&T, supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost-saving initiatives
>> Familiarity with the semiconductor industry or high-tech manufacturing
