To dispense the RM/PM as per planning in coordination with R&D / ADL department.
Receipt of RM, PM and General items
Issuance of materials in ERP / SAP
To prepare and review departmental SOP.
Destruction of Rejected / Expired materials & maintaining destruction reports as per requirement & SOP
Maintain Record e.g. Temperature/RH, Balance, cleaning, Retest, expired, Dispensing, Receipt.
Maintain record of Receipt/Dispatch of RM / PM.
Maintain Distribution record of RM / PM.
To maintain/use equipment/instruments as per SOP.
To maintain stores as per cGMP.
To check the stock/ storage/ labels of RM/PM.
Maintain of physical verification report of RM/PM.
Verifies the balances on daily / Monthly basis and maintain record.
Checks all the calibration tags of equipments, instruments and fire extinguisher for their due date time to time.
Monthly report preparation & submission to HOD.
Imparts on job training to the workmen for SOP and cGMP systems.
To maintain records of all CCF raised with accountability.
Material send to Sterilization as per planning.
