Job Description-

* Should perform Fraud and Security Testing of ecommerce applications.
*This includes testing of business scenarios and Dynamic Application Security Testing of Web App / API / Chatbot
* Should work independently.
* Should be able to understand the application functionality during the walk through
* Should be proactive in ensuring the pre-requisites and escalate the issues blocking progress (Environment / Application etc).
* Should actively participate in review meetings and report progress effectively.

🌟 Job Opportunity: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter -East Tambaram
📍 Location: Madambakkam, East Tambaram, Chennai
🕒 Work Timing: Monday to Friday (6 pm IST - 3 am IST)
📅 Schedule: Saturday and Sunday Off

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience in Bench sales in the US IT staffing and consulting Industry.
- Ability to demonstrate full sales Lifecycle.
- Experience with OPT/CPT, H1B, H1 Transfers, EAD, Green Card & US citizens.
- Negotiation skills with Vendors and Clients regarding bill rates on a w2/1099/CTC basis.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, functionality, domain, and experience qualifications.
- Ability to meet targets regularly.
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
