#foodhub is Hiring for Scrum + PO Role - Coimbatore Location.

Required SkillSet:

*Good amount of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach with Agile teaming methodologies such as XP, Scrum and Kanban.
*Demonstrated track record of using standard lean/agile techniques like Pairing, CI, DevOps, VSM, A3, TDD, and BDD to improve software development processes.
*Scrum Certification like CSM/CSPO/CSP are preferable.
*The Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills and experience using these interpersonal skills to motivate, engage, and mobilize team members.
*Be responsible for understanding and writing requirements-user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, wireframes-mock-ups- prototype-traceability matrix, and business processes related to proposed product solutions.
*Should have experience in working with Agile Teams Be the single point of contact (Product Owner) for the development teams and ensure that all clarifications pertaining to the requirements and any concerns are responded to proactively and quickly.
*Create comprehensive, accurate business and functional requirements and present them clearly to the stakeholders and delivery team.
*Work with Developers, Architects, Development Managers, Business Stakeholders to plan timelines and ensure timely delivery of a high-quality overall solution that meets business requirements.
*Identification and extraction of business requirements Collaboration to capture high-quality User Stories
