Profile-CAD Expert
Professional Education Qualification/Experience- He should be a Civil Engineering graduate with about 8 years experience. He should be fully conversant with highway / bridge design using CADD, etc. His demonstrated proficiency in use of computer will be an added qualification. He must have handled Highway design using 'INROAD' or equivalent, atleast in one large highway project preferably of World Bank / ADB/NHAI assistance. He should not be more than 60 years of age.
