Responsibilities:
- Responsible for installation, implementation, customization, operation, recovery and performance tuning with proven knowledge of the fundamental concepts and technologies associated with #LINUX Operating Systems
- Technical Support Engineer will be the primary point of contact for all assigned Accounts/Products/Tools
- Diagnose and fix known technical problems for the given set of tools/products supported for the region or accounts
Communicate with customer Point-of-Contact/Partner as well as client.
- Open to learn new technologies

Min. qualification & Experience:
- BS/BE/B.Tech degree or equivalent.
- 2-3+ years of related experience in IT industry.
- 1-2 years of experience in #Linux #SystemAdministration.
Experience on storage/database (Postgres, #MySQL)
- Strong Knowledge & Experience on patching, #VMware Virtualization

Requirements:

The candidate must have exposure to following requirements with an experience of 3+ years.

Proven experience in a network administrator role.

Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure

Experience with router, firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired.


 

Certifications:

CompTIA A+ certification

Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) (Is a plus)
