*Support agency development for Owned branches.
*Supervise & Govern IC38 advisor trainings through freelance Consultant trainers
*Support advisor Recruitment initiatives across assigned location.
*Own & deliver new advisor activations in 0-3 MOB
*Advisor Goal Setting & Launch through team of Branch Managers

Life Insurance Agency Channel Experience of min 2-3yrs is a prerequisite in Sales or Training (Life Insurance)
