JUST IN - Russia declares Telegram CEO Pavel Durov as internationally wanted for alleged charges of abetting terrorism.

Russia's FSB has charged the Telegram founder with aiding terrorism and issued a warrant for his arrest, alleging the messenger and social media platform was used by Ukrainian intelligence to coordinate attacks inside Russia.
