При проверке обращайте внимание на звучание тех фраз, которые вам услышать не удалось. Регулярное написание таких диктантов существенно повысит Ваш уровень понимания английской речи.

Повторяйте все это каждый день, слушайте, слушайте и еще раз слушайте. Сначала не будете понимать практически ничего, кроме отдельных слов, через какое-то время до вас начнёт доходить смысл сказанного. И на протяжении двух-трех месяцев, ваше умение понимать английскую речь заметно улучшится.
