According to the information received, Turkish state-backed militia groups from Manbij and Jarablus were also expected to cross towards Jahde in the afternoon, but no militias had crossed by 19:00. Despite this, militia activity continued in Sirrîn and Seikhler. In the evening hours, after MIT-linked secret cells attempted to burn agricultural lands near Cebel el-Faraj, Bendêr village, and Kanaa, they attacked a joint checkpoint of the Internal Security Forces in Cebel el-Faraj with machine guns and RPG rounds, then fled towards Seikh village and other Arab villages.
