The current siege being imposed on the Euphrates area is directly connected to Turkey — Turkish instructions are at play. The factions of Hamza Division (Emşat) and Sultan Murad are positioned on the front lines, and in every way the SNA (Syrian National Army) is surrounding Kobanê, carrying out looting, killings, displacements, and advancing all kinds of dirty tactics. They are also positioning themselves and deploying heavy weapons in preparation for an attack on Kobanê. They want to implement the same tactic they used in Sheikh Maqsoud — wait for a while and then launch the assault. They are reinforcing the fronts around Kobanê. At the same time, the Turkish state is digging trenches all along its border and making military preparations.
