Reporters from Reuters, Bloomberg, Wall Street Journal and others are denied access to OPEC’s Vienna, Austria Headquarters, where it is set to meet Russia to agree on oil production policy for the 2nd half of the year; it is expected the price of crude will increase.

The ban is unusual and no reason has been given, but these usual media culprits often try and break the result of the meeting before it has fully concluded, sending oil prices swinging, financial markets moving, in a world already wrestling debilitating inflation.
